Awhile back I posted an engine design of just the cylinder where the piston goes up and down, and it wasn't complete. It had a row of X's that encircle the interior of the cylinder a bit below half way down just below the gas vapor entry points (the vapor entry points are facing each other from opposite sides of the cylinder).
