Does any body know what kind fo a foam is flexible after being introduced into the atmosphere though is still buoyant, water resistant and very quite flexible? Pretty much this is for a wetsuit for arctic snorkeling, Since there are a few cool fish out there.

Hi there , this is my first post here and wondering if someone could help me please.I am taking a college elective class called the Science of Life. I have to answer two questions. The first; Who was the first scientist to prove that living things did not evolve form non living matter and what fellow countryman furthered his findings before the year 1800? I thought it would of been Darwin but the year 1800 rules him out. The second question; Why dont the oceans leak out the bottom? My guess is that the earth's crust seals the water in.

This guy is an idiot. Look at this reasoning: " been at least five years that my unique and correct opinions have been available on the Internet" In one sentence he states not only that an opinion is a fact, but also that he is the sole possessor of this knowledge. Here is the addy: http://www.michaelcrook.com/ And in case you were wondering, his as$ was allready torn asunder on TV: http://www.filecabi.net/host/file/MichaelCrook/wmv I cannot explain other then boredom why I even posted this. Sorry. :\

I'm sure if you've been around the Internet a bit you know what I'm getting at. Scienceforums.net has many people here but it doesn't have all the boards on a forum like scienceforums.com On scienceforums.com you have many different types of boards but everything is so squeezed together and hard to read. Not only that but you can't have your own avatar on sf.com I was wondering what all of you thought about both websites though. It seems that scienceforums.com is more active, but scienceforums.net seems to have professionals who know what they are talking about. I often see new members coming here but I seem to be more drawn to sf.com because the majo…

Hey everyone, MidnightWiki is a website based on wiki same technology and allows any sort of contribution. You can post scientific ideas that are your own that you would like to share with the world. It's basically wikipedia without restrictions. All contributions are licensed under a creative commons license. The site just started, so there is hardly any content on it right now. Please help make it better! Thanks, freefall P.S. sorry for spamming Feel free to send hatemail to krygenzero@yahoo.com edit_again: no! I did NOT notice that just below my post, another wiki is being spoken about. Well... contribute to both!

I'm working on a new wiki software along with dave (maybe aeternus as well), mainly to use for SFN's OpenScience wiki (if we can do it fast enough). Anyways, I'd like to ask if there are any experienced PHP and MySQL developers here. I mean experienced as in able to do coding without referring to a dozen tutorials on the way. Also you ought to know how to deal with security issues if necessary. If you would like to join us, and you know you have enough time and will to work on the project, register at SourceForge and tell me your account name. I will add you. If you turn out to be a crappy coder, I'll just boot you out. Don't join unless you know you can do it. …

I have my 2 year college (the cheep stuff) courseload pretty much set. Gen ed, with focus on Math and Science (which is what my major will end up being in). My plan is to transfer and major in Physics, or possibly Chemistry. I want to keep my options open for a possible major in Mathematics (and/or double major/minor in such things), but it requires either overloading my schedual for a term or taking a class in the summer in order to take all the classes I need to get the neseccary classes that a junior at my college I'm transfering to (UNI) would need to have in order to get the string of classes in (with pre-req and co-req and whatnot) within two years (I don't …

So, I made one http://www.grid.org/services/teams/team.htm?id=399A2A49-BA89-4767-B7AA-60DA11FCC51F And if anyone does not have UD, then you can easily download here http://www.grid.org/download/gold/download.htm Join up, make a difference!

WHAT TO DO IF YOU CONTRACT ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT MRSA. With MRSA infections increasing rapidly in and out of hospitals the below information will save your life and limb if followed carefully after other options like pharamaceutical drugs have failed you. You should always consult a registered health practitioner and use the below information as a last resort although using it earlier may help you to avoid complications as the treatment is not harmful if followed as below. It is non-patentable , non-drug based and therefore not profitable for established pharmaceutical companies. Your doctor will dismiss it automatically but you should do your own research …

She's just spinning of FL right now, but historically, hurricanes that are where she is now in the fall, often head north over the Carolinas and then hit SE Virginia. The OBX (outer banks) usually takes the punch out of them - I think this will be one to watch. Thought I'd post here so we can keep track of what it does. Maybe we can also keep up with the preparedness. I am on the peninsula that is bounded on the north by the York River and on the south by the James River, the only suitable evacutation route is I64 through Richmond and it clogs up in a hurry. Anyway - there's no urgency right now - but anyone who is in the potential strike zone might stay i…

This is the thread for self-loathing, self-demasculation, and self-denial. With happy face of course Tell why you - as lovable as you find yourself - are still single every Friday night. I'll go first: My worst habit is that I'm just not an interesting person to talk to, I have not been blessed with the gift of small-talk. And I rarely start a conversation with people for fun - there are people who I've known for years but never called them, emailed them, or said more than "hello". People like a talker, but I'm not one, so I'm single. Pity me
