  2. There was that report I think earlier this year about a team of Scottish researchers who'd, IIRC, reprogrammed t-cells to attack only cancer cells and cured cancer in mice. Have there been any new developments on that?

  5. Hello forum community, As a pre-med/pre-science student, I have found that reading literature, writing reflectively on the content in summary, and being able to synthesize data and findings to identify knowledge gaps and develop "research-able" questions are fundamental to the thinking required in medical school and beyond. In fact, I have written two successful grant applications in the materials sciences which apply the same rules. My question here, anyhow, was directed to synthesizing a review paper for the biological or biomedical sciences (I feel less experienced/underqualified to write a clinical review paper that's meaningful). I understand what goes into…

  7. Hello everyone, 1. I know 5% dextrose is isotonic outside body 2. Also 10% dextrose is hypertonic outside body 3. Also (5% dextrose + Normal saline) is also hypertonic However if we consider that once inside the body all dextrose gets metabolised by body, leaving only water. Then once inside the body these become 1.Hypotonic 2.Hypotonic 3. Isotonic Respectively. Then if a question comes about the tonicity of these solutions. Which one should I pick for example (5% dextrose + Normal saline) , I choose hypertonic or isotonic for that one. Thanks

Maternal stemcell Maternal stem cell (MSC) is thefirst embryo stem cell. Maternal stem cell is located behind the 8ththoracic vertebra in the gray substance of the spinal cord, next to the spinalmarrow channel. Two axons go from MSC by the spinal cord to the cerebellum, penetrate into thalamus, hypothalamus, then one axon goes to the left and another one to the right hemisphere of the brain In the area of the frontal part of the brain, axons go down along the lower borders of the brain to the trunk of the brain. Moving by the trunk of the brain, axons enter thymus. Getting out from the thymus axons head…

  13. It is known that sleep plays the most prominent role in decreasing “adenosine” and increasing “adenosine triphosphate”. But my question is: is there another way, therapeutic or non-curative, to reduce "adenosine" and increase "adenosine triphosphate"?

I think the 'deaths' graphs are the most important, here are the latest Feb/March 2022 graphs which are interesting because they show how the figures go up and down like a roller coaster. Why are there such widely varying peaks and troughs, is it because of seasons of the year or what? https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  22. Hi: I recently posted something similar but with significant differences. I apologize profusely if anyone is annoyed by what wrongly-seems like a repetitive post. I’m currently daydreaming of a hypothetical liquid Atkins induction product that is vegan-friendly and has all the nutrients of vegetables, fruits, herbs, algae, seaweed, and other plants that are necessary/beneficial for human health. It also contains beneficial and essential microbes [such as probiotics]. All the aforementioned are in amounts optimum for human health. This product is completely organic and free of any pesticides, synthetic ethylene and other man-made substances that compromise the…
