Currently, our company are going to built a mini sputtering system with a low cost. Our RF Sputtering having rotary pump only. We planned for not to use Turbo Molecular pump as it is more expensive. I need a suggestion on what are the suitable material deposition that I can use for our RF sputtering?

Hello everyone and everybody! I suggest to use the reed and mouthpiece from an alto or bass clarinet on an alto or tenor saxophone with a special bocal. The sound of a woodwind depends strongly on them, here it might resemble a tárogató. The bass clarinet and tenor saxophone can already swap the reed of similar size, but only a clarinet mouthpiece has a facing curve to match the clarinet reed's profile. The designs differ much. Not only is the clarinet facing's curve steeper at the tip, the bore is also much smoother. The bocal fits in the saxophone's mouthpiece but surrounds the clarinet's one, demanding a new bocal design. Proper intonation needs to …

Can a list of all the essentials needed, including necessary conditions for creating every thing lead to the discovery of creation in numerical order and time, and predictions of future creations. This is equivalent to producing the periodic table which has led to many discoveries.

According to many sources, the ultimate compression strength of human femurs along its long axis (vertically) is 205 mpa or 29700 psi. I tried to convert 205 mpa to kg/cm² and the result is 205 mpa is equal to 2090.41824 kg/cm². So, I think the maximum weight that a human femur can support vertically before breaking is 2 tonnes. Isn't it? But with different method of calculation, I got a drastically different answer. The maximum diameter of human femurs is 3 cm and some exceeded 3 cm by 5 mm or more especially in weightlifters. So I followed this calculation from https://openoregon.pressbooks.pub/bodyphysics/chapter/stress-and-strain-on-the-body/. First we divide the…

I don't have a degree. I just brainstormed this privately.. Previous brainstorming was locked: (UbuntuForums, Smart Videogames) Page three was interesting. https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2424256&page=3 Summary: There may be shared mechanical properties of biological pathways and other "pathways" such as my "informational pathways." Their apprehension might be more convenient with certain visualizations. Information flow innovations might protect humanity's social progress. Start graphing information flow! One day, I was imagining possible biological pathways for certain hormones, and I found that certain visualizations profoundly …

how do you block the EMF emissions coming out of the brain? can EMF emissions from the brain of person can be converted back to information inside his brain(thought, emotions or EEG/Evoked potentials) is patent US3951134A of Robert G. Malech ( https://patents.google.com/patent/US3951134A/en ) applicable in real life or is it just theory and no one ever implemented it? any way, do you see any weaknesses or limitation in his ideas? can the interference wave generated by the brain be blocked or interfered with ? how does the interference wave can remain strong and not weaken or how does the system deal with noise added to the w…

Your stated "So if you have a firm knowledge about the physiological basis of memory, can show why present ideas fail, and can show that your ideas fit very well in what we do know, please, present your ideas. But as said, why not publish them in a scientific journal?" I have worked on the physiological basis of memory for decades. Self published a book that deals with this topic extensively, but I don't know how to go about getting an article published in a scientific journal. Any suggestions are appreciated.

so incubation period is the time from when you are first affected until you show the first signs and symptoms. this can vary from 2-14 days with the average of 5 days they found according to studies i was wondering 1) if during this incubation period, the virus is contagious 2) also if an asymptomatic carrier is only somebody who is in the incubation period (and maybe covalescent period- after you have the disease but you can still spread it?), *can people in stages such as the prodormal stage and the acute infection stage (the third stage after prodormal)

Hello, i wonder if someone could help with the wiring of this power board supply that takes in 240 volts and DC as output. As you can see it has (Ground, 230V, Common) as the three hook up and to the right of common is 4 hook up as the motor RPM. ( 1400, 1250, 1200, 1000) Of the four wires in my circuit panel in my house ( 2 black wires , 240 volts between them, wire A, and Wire B) 1 white wire, Wire C ( 120 volt with respect to the above two black wires.) 1 Bare copper wire , wire D ( no voltage between it and the above three wires). Which 3 of the above 4 wires ( A,B,C,D) should be plugged in to the three hook up on the board. See p…

Hi everyone! A Bb contrabass clarinet to written C has the range of a contrabassoon and the length of a bassoon. Some have a bass clarinet shape, very tall and with very long keys. Others have the compact "paperclip" shape, but they are of metal, which most clarinettists disdain. So here's a contrabass clarinet with bassoon shape. The aspect is unusual and the U-turn is a bit sharp to ease manufacturing. The other features are advantages: Play sitting (rather on the side like a saxophone) or standing. Weight similar to a bassoon. Bassoon makers can produce this contrabass clarinet: passive U-turn, bocal with register key. The double bore body…

Sorry this is the last post I'll make here. I read that it's possible the universe might contract and be reborn again. If that happens and if it does follow the same history, would you still be the same person with the same consciousness? I'm terrified about this happening, as I don't want to live my horrible childhood again. Even if it does contract I don't think it would be the same consciousness as your atoms would have gone through so many changes, as would the energy that makes your consciousness, but I'm not sure, if it fell into the same pattern would it still be you?

This can include your preferred Hypothesis or theory, Big bang, Big bounce , Inflation , The big bulk... ect. Please write the name of the Hypothesis / theory at the top of the page, With examples of any problems you see with that Hypothesis / theory below. Please respect everyone's views and only comment on the ideas that best fit your own preferences, So two proponents of the Big bang can disagree on a subject as a example. Kind regards, Rick

What limits the human body to running above 9 seconds and/or not even faster? I once saw a documentary about ancient aboriginals who lived in Australia, some guy said based on the footprints left behind he said that the aboriginal could run faster than Usain Bolt. Makes me wonder about whether people out there could exist that are faster than Usain Bolt or more generally what kind of people are hidden away that have hidden talents. But basically my question at the top! Thanks in advance Can't edit my answer for some reason, just has a small blank box that doesn't open bigger with my original post. Reason for edit: I mean running faster than 9 second…

An investigation of the effects of the blade camber_direction and the pitch_angle on the performance of the vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) by using Gurney flaps shows the inward Gurney_flap is superior at a pitch angle of less than 10 degrees, while the outward Gurney flap is effective at a pitch angle of more than 10 degrees. What determines viability in grafting a tree, like a cherry branch into a peach trunk. Do the classification taxonomy terms tell what is compatible ?, clade, order, family, genus, species... Also, Is it possible to graft a branch of a male say pistachio tree onto a female pistachio trunk and obtain a self pollinating (by proximity) tree species ?

... Hi. When I was at school 1989 we played a 3D Tetris game called BlockOut. I was best at school at a level called: Out of control. About 3 years ago I found BlockOut online and challenged students at universities and I am almost twice as good as the best at level: Out of control. I have always around 100 000 points at the level: Out of control. My question is Do I have a high spatial ability IQ or am I just good at the game BlockOut? Regards M.Sc. Magnus ......
