Could the reason for the present Universe be, that space expands with c2 and energy and matter is created and evolving in proportion to it's development? As a keen golfer I often wonder why my easterly drives have no noticeable difference in distance to my westerly drives despite a calm day. Surely the rotation of the earth should affect the distance to a small degree? Is our universe a closed system? In another thread I put forth speculation that the energy feeding the accelerating expansion of our universe was coming from an outside source (a black hole in another universe). Unfortunately I have been unable to find the material I needed to cite in regards to the experiment which took place decades ago with two gigantic metal plates. If i can deduce the earth is in a special spot in the cosmos surely some of you that post here regularly have as well.
