I saw this religion section and I thought of a question I've had. I hope this is not inappropriate for the forum. I'm looking for a term that describes what I'm calling "loop logic" that I have observed in a religious setting. I think there is a word for it, perhaps a legal term, but I cant think of what it is. For some reason "plausible deniability" came to mind but I looked it up and it does not define what I am looking for. Personally, a year or two ago, I was ostracized from my religious community basically for failure to adhere to this "loop logic" mentality. I've seen it used in many different instances. Why is it that most major religions in their original variants have persisted in Asia and Africa ? Does this point to a socio-cultural pattern of evolution ?

Without over explaining it; I think our need and belief in a god might stem from our earliest childhood where our nuerons have limited or no structure yet. I purpose that the foundation of all our neurological circuits are built from this original "god" circuit that we create from the perception of our parents, the all loving, knowing and powerful being. When we first open our eyes our neurological structure has no connections at all, by perceiving this all loving, knowing and powerful force we therefor build our first structure on this perception. I'm not going to bother explaining the first comment but I've come to realise through very weird experiences over the past few years that something is influencing our mind and bodies. I'm a logical person. I see huge flaws in every religious belief both logically and idealistically. I believe in the big bang as well as the possibility of string theory as well as other explain all theories. However I can't seem to get over the hump in terms of ruling out religion as a possibility for existence. I'm attempting to completely remove the part of my brain that says there perhaps is a god, and he allows these natural forces to do this work for him. I believe in life after death. I'm a 5'4'' Whelp(Low stats Mystic), been shot and beaten to death many times. With me, if I die, I turn into a spirit. I gave myself in that form the name serrechePenance. One man who has killed me many times is Irvine Ingrams, a 6ft 1in collossus.
