Hi Just wanted to check in since I've been so bloody busy over the last few months that I have'nt posted for what seems like decades. How is everyone? By the way...since I couldn't access the chat thing I just decided to do this post instead? How is Blike? How is Fafalone? How is YT? How is anyone I used to know? Does anyone even remember me?

hey there. Im doing a project about collecting and psychology. So i had a few questions to ask that would help. What do you collect? Why do you collect (how did it start)? What makes you keep adding to your collection? (the big question is WHy and How - so if you could answer those in more detail that'd be great) thanks much

ABC reports that the host of a new Dutch talk show says he is going to take heroin and other illegal drugs on air for his TV show. The show premiers on October 10 and the translation of the show’s title is “Shoot Up and Swallow.” The host will go on a drinking binge in a bunch of bars, and will take LSD under his mother’s supervision.

I once discovered on the internet, a sort of scanner for experiments. It was used to monitor experiments and such. It connected to a usb port I believe and came with some sort of software. I somehow lost the website and cannot find it again. Does anyone have any idea what this device is called? Thanks, Mike Edit: Forgot to mention, it connects to a computer just incase anyone could not figure that out

Well, from the 20th of august until the 4th of september, I'm going to be out of contact while in Guam for fieldwork on the Brown Tree Snake (the invasive species that's porked its way through half the island's native fauna), specifically it's locomotion and biomechanics. I'll be posting until then, and hopefully you can live without me for two weeks. (I'll pretend I didn't hear that cheering... ) Mokele

Kate Moss – Cocaine I heard today that fashion model Kate Moss is being kicked to the curb by two more (Chanel and Burberry) fashion companies that have dropped her for alleged cocaine use. Yesterday, H&M let her go too. She does look very skinny –sick even. It seems like she needs some serious help. I don’t blame those companies for letting her go –after all, she let herself go.

Hi there , this is my first post here and wondering if someone could help me please.I am taking a college elective class called the Science of Life. I have to answer two questions. The first; Who was the first scientist to prove that living things did not evolve form non living matter and what fellow countryman furthered his findings before the year 1800? I thought it would of been Darwin but the year 1800 rules him out. The second question; Why dont the oceans leak out the bottom? My guess is that the earth's crust seals the water in.

This guy is an idiot. Look at this reasoning: " been at least five years that my unique and correct opinions have been available on the Internet" In one sentence he states not only that an opinion is a fact, but also that he is the sole possessor of this knowledge. Here is the addy: http://www.michaelcrook.com/ And in case you were wondering, his as$ was allready torn asunder on TV: http://www.filecabi.net/host/file/MichaelCrook/wmv I cannot explain other then boredom why I even posted this. Sorry. :\

I'm sure if you've been around the Internet a bit you know what I'm getting at. Scienceforums.net has many people here but it doesn't have all the boards on a forum like scienceforums.com On scienceforums.com you have many different types of boards but everything is so squeezed together and hard to read. Not only that but you can't have your own avatar on sf.com I was wondering what all of you thought about both websites though. It seems that scienceforums.com is more active, but scienceforums.net seems to have professionals who know what they are talking about. I often see new members coming here but I seem to be more drawn to sf.com because the majo…
