I was going to make a thread called "You couldn't make it up", with this as the subject. They contain thorium oxide, an alpha emitter. They are supposed to ionize the air but alphas don't do that.

This can be forged into something useful, they should be encouraged to wear these bracelets as close to their reproductive organs as possible.

I wonder if I can market some heated boots for those worried about falling through the ice when fishing? Or maybe a special red cape to identify those who don't want to be near bulls?
