Consequences of Trump's Covid Condition?

Less than 3% of the US population has been exposed. Herd immunity requires something closer to 70% exposure, plus millions of deaths along the way, plus likely wouldn’t work for covid anyway since it evolves like the seasonal flu.

It’s also yet another off-topic trolling post baiting people into staying off-topic

iNow,  I respect your intelligence,  but  you do seem to think that "off-topic" means anything you don't personally agree with.  All I'm saying is this:

If we can't quickly invent a vaccine against CV-19,  we'll have to develop a natural immunity.  This immunity will come about, by getting everyone exposed to the virus as soon as possible.

I can't see why you're fighting against this obvious fact.  Of course it isn't a pleasant thing. but that's how the biological world operates.  Trying to deny it won't help.

This is a matter of science and politics, but largely unrelated to Trump having contracted the virus. So pick which you wish to discuss, and start a thread in the appropriate forum (herd immunity being medical, and the political aspects of that choice in politics)

You could even open one thread in each, and discuss both parts of the problem.

Interesting move. Even if nothing happens, it seizes control once more of the conversation and turns it in a direction where the president is clearly weak per all the polls.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is questioning President Donald Trump’s fitness to serve, announcing legislation Thursday that would create a commission to allow Congress to intervene under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove the president from executive duties.

It speaks volumes that McConnell won't visit the White House as to the lack of coherent covid protocols within this administration.

President Trump berated his own cabinet officers on Thursday for not prosecuting or implicating his political enemies, lashing out even as he announced that he planned to return to the campaign trail on Saturday just nine days after he tested positive for the coronavirus.

Yes, that is precisely how a democratic leader behaves.

Thinking that myself. Reading your link he does seem more erratic than before.

Perhaps. Though it seems to correlate with how much we is being leaked from the WH. The more we hear the more erratic it appears.

Rails... rails... Must resist. Urge. To make. Cocaine joke. About. Trump Jr... Who always... at his RNC speech... and in his pre-debate interviews... Always. Seems. To be. High as a kite... on cocaine.

Rails. Trump is always off them. Trump Jr is apparently always on them.

That first clip of D Trump Jr. at rhe RNC sounds just like the villain in the WonderWoman:1984 trailer:

" Welcome to the future. Life is good; but it can be better.
And why shouldn't it be ? All you need is to want.
Think about having everything you've always wanted...

Now, I take what I want in return"

Interesting looking movie.
Lassos and rides the lightning, gorgeous legs, and a New Order soundtrack.
Gotta see it if Covid ever lets up.

Well, Trump did temporarily shutdown some limited amount of travel from China way back in March, but not all... There's simply not much more left for him and his team to try, really. 🙄

His humble beginning period was in the womb.

In retrospect, his mother also wished she was humbly beginning her period at that time.

That's not a very nice thing to say...

I don't think he was aiming for nice.

I’m mostly just tired of this shit stain of a human being occupying every single conversation we have across nearly every single topic. Enough already.
