    Made five coffees this morning with milk in...when I'm supposed to be fasting for a blood test. Old habits die hard.!

      Research??? As a recovering coffee addict I know coffee causes headaches you need to drink more and more to avoid the headaches which get worse the more you drink. Caffeine can mix with certain drugs to change their potency. Something to be aware of if you take medication.
