It's always have been this way: russia exchange oil & gas, for food and technology.. Pu-238 is artificial unstable isotope, created by human. If you have Uranium, you can make Plutonium from it. Especially if somebody have their own nuclear plants.

  5. I completely dont understand where you get idea that quantization of field automatically leads to transferring 10% of energy through wires... ? E=h*f is equation for energy of photon. In transformer you have no photons as such. There are accelerated electrons, moving back and forth in wires. Transformer requires AC. Equation for power is: P0=U0*I0 or energy: E0=U0*Q0 on primary winding. (divide it by frequency of AC, and you will have amount of energy per single sinus wave) And P1=U1*I1 or E1=U1*Q1 on secondary winding. Perfect transformer would have no loss of energy/power, thus equations: U0*I0=U1*I1 U0*Q0=U1*Q1 would be true. Divide Q/e to have quantity of electrons. In other words small quantity of electrons, with large voltage, is turned to large quantity of electrons with small voltage. Or reverse. It depends on quantity of winding on core. Make your own transformer, and you will see dependence between voltage, current and frequency of AC, in primary and secondary winding. But during work, transformer is heating (wires have resistance R>0, usually Copper wire, as it has very small resistance), and thus losing part of energy/power.   6. I have two setups bought in shop. One has slit width 30 um (0.03 mm), distance between centers of slits 60 um (0.06 mm). Second one has slit width 50 um (0.05 mm), distance between centers of slits 100 um (0.1 mm). They need to be precisely done.. Otherwise in-accurateness will be greatly influencing results, and further calculations.

  10. What oscilloscope model do you have? Is it digital or analog? "Oscilloscope software" suggest it's digital model with USB. What is its vertical resolution? How many bits? Rate? Which oscilloscope model have nano volt resolution?

But that's not the point. Saying something on forum is cheap. Does not cost effort. Just press couple keys on keyboard and send. Making and showing video require some effort. If it's just trick, you need to be quite desperate to make it. Yet another step is making trick in front of public requiring even more effort. And making trick in front of scientific community require tremendous effort to convince. If it's not trick all 3 last cases, are easy, as they happen without any effort. After making and showing what he has, I would judge by myself whether it's trick or not. And if I have objections ask for further videos with my objections fixed.

Magnetized objects are very easily visible, as they f.e. attract iron, bend paths of charged particles, split spectral lines of gases in plasma state etc. If star would be magnetized to serious level, it would be visible in spectrum of that star. Magnetization spreading on entire galaxy would have to have tremendous power.

  19. When life is good, any living creature want to live forever, or at least as long as possible. "Life is good" is pretty much subjective. Millionaire can have depression, and want to die, while some homeless, jobless, everyday searching for food in trashcans, might want to live. People die mostly because malfunction of some internal organ. If ill is diagnosed at the right time, internal organ can be replaced. With currently few exceptions. Currently it's done by taking organ from dead body, and transplantation. At ridiculous costs completely not adequate to what is done. In material world poor people automatically excluded.. Somebody has to die, to somebody live. This is problematic. Either there must be enough of dying people (in accidents, where there is brain failure, and all internals are intact), and they must have the right properties, starting from blood group. If transplantation would be done not from dead body, plentiful of these issues would be gone. And life time extended to hundred or more years. In mine opinion, the most of people, are currently wasting their lives, wasting their time. What they would do if there would be instead of 80 (+-20) years, say 800 years? Right now they waste their time. Part of problem is lack of money for education in early age. Money. It must be gone. There is no place for money in the heaven. Nobody can ask for money for doing or not doing something. Private property means nothing. Nobody owns anything, so nobody can steal anything. There is no thieves, no robbery nor any other criminal acts in which money is source. People living forever should work in jobs they like, not for money, as they won't see any, but to be useful for entire community. Automatically programmed hardware failure won't have any sense (it's done to force people to buy the same thing again, and again, like 1000 hours lifetime of light bulb ) Instead preferred will be hardware working as long as possible, and easy fixable. It costs less energy, and less time, to fix something than building the same stuff from scratch. Kids should learn quantum physics, chemistry, biotechnology, medicine, IT, etc. since the beginning of their life. For humanities subjects they will have entire eternity. Well educated people are less vulnerable to brainwashing. And they are valuable members of community. That's the simplest thing.. That could be even right now in progress, if Voyager or other human made satellite were not absolutely sterile.. Bacteria, virus, could spread from them to some other world after billions of years of flying.

Mathematics is just used to predict what will happen in future, what is seen in detectors already. If apple fails from desk, you can calculate f.e. time it flied prior reaching ground, you have math equation, then the next time you will release apple from hand, you will be able to predict when it will reach ground. I must say, I interpreted it as increase of energy per photon and decrease quantity ("magnify photon" in presupposition energy), but indeed it could be interpreted the other way around, as decrease energy per photon, and increase their quantity. But it would make less sense, in this context. If we down convert red or green photon, newly produced photons will be no longer in visible spectrum.. rendering it no longer "light source".. And OP wanted to have photons in visible spectrum ("light source").

You miss entire knowledge behind it.. So I would suggest to start from reading above links. Where did you get idea that Graphene has such properties.. ? "Storing photons" also might mean simply heating material. Material is then emitting black body spectrum, depending on temperature of object. It's typically lower than visible range of spectrum, f.e. infra red. Thus we don't see something is hot. Unless it's extremely hot. f.e. melted metal is starting emitting red photons (then yellow, then white), when its black body spectrum is shifted to visible range and temperature is very high. It's their way to store energy for later use.
  25. The problem is you cannot translate it to mathematical equation.. It requires absolute knowledge in current quantum physics.. So you should study the links that I gave in my post. Without extremely good knowledge in quantum physics all your estimates will be quickly overthrown.
