Hey everyone, I hope that I will find the right answer here: attached here an image of front (the upper) view and top (the lower) view of some shape (I am working according to the first angle projection). my question is - what is the method for finding the third view (the side view). is there any general method to solve this kind pf problems? I kow that I should draw a 45 deg line, but from there - how do I know whice points in the known views corresponds to the points in the unknown view? thank you so much! new doc 2018-07-20 00.40.38-20180720004046 (1).pdf

  6. If you wish to debate me then at least watch this entire video. Please bare with me and open your mind Neo! We are awash within the instantaneous aether which conveys information, twisting fields, frequencies and vibration. Extending out from the torus's field riding the dynamic fields upon aether is all energy. The future will reinvent itself from the past; for perhaps the true purpose of the Giza Pyramids where a multi functioning platform. It may have been a weapon, communication device and power plant. Obviously I'm not a Newton or Einstein fan! Where these two ignorant of magnetism or where they told not to divulge the true nature of the universe into lea…

hi I started reading a text book called introduction to nanoscience by s m Lindsay and looking at the exercises and I am unsure what equation he was using to get the answer. the question was "what is the size of the current fluctuations (shot noise) in a current of 100PA[ over a counting period of 1 second? use e=1.6x10^-19." the working in the back says "given the fact that 1A=1C/s. (100pC/1s)*(1c/10^12 pC)*1=(1e-/1.6x10^-19c)=6.25x10^8e-/s" any help would be apprecieated.

  8. So I have been studying evolution and seeing how people from different parts of the world adapt to their enviroment. So the data I have gathered so far is that humans with a darker skin tone gives them the advantage in areas closer to the equator, people with lighter skin tone are adapted to lower light levels further away from the equator. Here is the further information. "Surprisingly, the team found no immune genes under intense selection, which is counter to hypotheses that diseases would have increased after the development of agriculture. The paper doesn’t specify why these genes might have been under such strong selection. But the likely explanation for t…

I just had a conversation with my partner about our energy sources here in Australia There is a particular person in politics here at the moment who is pushing that we should move back to coal power. I was explaining why investing money into coal is a very bad idea, 1. they have to build the coal power for considerably more than solar and wind farms of the same output of the same value 2 the solar and wind options are cheaper implementation and upkeep costs over the long run 3.technologies are already available for storage. and if not there are areas in the northern territory where geothermal power is an option. Basically my partner said he suppor…

Hello, according to your opinion which one these two is better? From technological reasons it´s better to work with sweet whey, but what about the nutritional value? Sweet one does not contain lactic acid and it contains a little bit higher amount of proteins, but acid one contains calcium. So what is your opinion about this topic? Thanks for all answers:)

I was looking for the eat-by date on a year-old jar of honey and I noticed it said 2012. I got to thinking, does honey actually go off? I mean, beehives aren't exactly hygienic or even refrigerated, so how does the honey keep fresh inside them? Will old honey go moldy or whatever?

  13. Does sound leave a sound? An imprint that can be studied at a later time or does that energy just disappear forever into the cosmos never to be seen or heard again?

  14. Started by Kris-with-a-k,

Hey guys, I have a genuine and frustrating problem I'm trying to figure out so I can start to model. ---How is just the exhaust sound from a car come from? (Yes, i know feom the individual explosions that are happening inside the combustion chamber, but its more complex). Also, why if your not in the right gear going up hill, and even tho your RPM hasn't changed, as you give it more gas, the engine note changes. ( besides the obvious answer because you're giving it more gas there's a more complex answer). And finally, what makes a Ferrari V8 sound SO different that a Chevy or Ford V8, excluding size and exhaust layout. I have an hypothesis. We will focus on one cylinder o…

Hi all. So for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, I was thinking of using UV rays to clean water. From my understanding, solar UV rays are powerful enough to mutate and kill the bacteria in water and sterilize it. I'm wondering if this is true, and if so, would the death of the bacteria, if enclosed, contaminate the water? Thank ya very kindly. If you're interested in what else I'm doing, I can allow you to comment on my document.

  17. I was pondering to myself one day "how does a flute work?". It bothered me because I knew that our voices and reed instruments work by vibrating quickly, which pushes the air, creating a pressure wave. This couldn't be the case with flutes because the mouthpiece does not move. All I could find was preschool explanations. I wanted the college professors explanation. So lacking any support from the internet, I devised a theory on how the sound is produced when a flute is blown. I am looking for opinions and constructive analysis. When a flautist blows over the hole just right, the hole disrupts the stream causing oscillating eddies. These eddies a…

So got into a small disagreement about a few things that I thought were true, so I thought I would turn here for a better explanation of things. So I know a lot of people here have a background in science. I have two questions. 1. Would you say the shape of the earth is a scientific theory or explained by the Theory of gravity? 2. Is observation the core of the scientific method?

Hi there! We're having a STEAM science night at our school, and my co-worker and I want to build a Proprioception box. He can't remember where he saw it, but here is the gist: The person is in a box with four walls on wheels. The walls are colored black and white. The person is on a small box of their own and holding something. We move the box, and since the person thinks they are MOVING, they will try and compensate and move to not drop the object, only they are not moving, but they are getting tricked into it. Anyone hear of this? I am trying to find a demonstration and a step by step guide to build the box. Thanks!

im not quite sure where to put this. can zombies be a real thing? I know that there is a fungus in real life that takes control of ants and proceeds to kill them while making them move once the ant dies it continues to make it move and eat other ants I think that if a person messes with the genes it could infect humans and make them into zombies, this is all that i know about it and any info would be great I'm not sure if this is all true as i might not have remembered some details. again any info or input would be great!
