Quicktime will not leave me alone. I vowed a long time ago never to install Quicktime or related products again, and I fell back on my word. It cost me. Quicktime has infected my computer. I have uninstalled it and deleted it and it keeps reappearing in my systray. I disabled it in msconfig and still it persists by creating COPIES OF ITS ENTRY like a VIRUS or TROJAN. I did it before, I will do it again. Quicktime will be forcibly torn from my system, systray icon and all. And this time I will keep my vow of apple abstainance.

I'm going to make a deal....I'll be in the chatroom on Fridays from 10.30pm definitely (unless otherwise engaged) and Saturdays from 10.00-11.00pm (unless otherwise engaged) and potentially Sundays at these times too. I hope to see you there.

I am considering recording my lectures onto a digital recorder. My classes take place in a 300-person lecture hall and I was wondering how well the teacher's voice is actually recorded. Also, how far from the teacher can these things be placed and still make decent recordings? Any recommendations? Thanks.

Found some eggs on my curtains a week or so ago and so I put them in a jar, and today I noticed they hatched. 13 little creepy brown bugs in there now, all waving their antennae as a sign of impending doom to those who oppose them. Except for one who just wrestles with an egg shell, I don't understand him. Hey I just went and checked them and there's now two who are kind of orange and green, weird. I'm pretty sure I saw the mother because it looked just like the browns (except bigger..), and was on the curtains on the night I found them. The roange ones were apart from the brown ones but now one has ventured over to them. They seem to get on fine, such nice harmonious…

Does google (the search engine) work for you guys? When I tried that google re-direction to SF, it says: Not Found The requested URL /search was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Whenever I try to go to it, it says this:

Aaawwww...where'd the chatroom go? Me no likee. I have a sad life...I don't ask much......what happened to the chat room? How come certain theads (such as philosophy and religion) not appear on the active forums list anymore? Few people actually go into that forum, but i'd like to hear what other people got to say (if its put out in active forums more people will reply). Also could i rename my thread on 'scientific probability of god' something like ,' probability of God evolving' and move it to the evolution forum (i think people will pay more attention to it there, and its more on the subject of evolution anyway (advanced evolution)

Hi, im doing a sceince fair project about a Near Earth Object being captured by Earth's gravity. I just bought Starry Night Pro 4.5 and its great and all minus one snag. Im trying to find object SS84 in the sky. so i need to program to locate it. but it doenst have it and it says i can download the object well thats total :bs: and im trying to plot the asteroid in the program manualy with one problem. at http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov they list the orbital elements of object 2003 SS84 in something called Perehelion and Starry Night's orbital elements are in Paracentric or something like that. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO FIND THIS ASTEROID?

Hi Everyone, I think at least once, some of you may have felt the same way as I do when I try to seach for some information. I try to search something with google and it does show me some links. But out of those thousands of links I can't seem to find one link that would provide me with all the details. What the site does is that it directs me to another link. I mean suppose I searched for evolution. What I would like to see is not just a page or two but an entire e-book on evolution.
