  1. Does it matter? Someone like Neil inspired someone like Carl... Enough said, move on... 🖖 Dear MSC, Neil is more educated on the subject than you, unless that subject is puberty... 😉
  2. Indeed, if what you want to educate is the wolf of wall street...
  3. I've explianed why this question is ethically null, you may as well walk around with sandwiche board saying "the end is nigh" or standing on a soapbox in hyde corner shouting "we must end all war's"; my point is, I'm the only one listening. So present your case, without all the hand waving or emotive clause's, and convince 'this old skeptic' why I should believe you? I'm not telling you anything, there's a difference between a soapbox and a lecturn...😇 And if I'm pissing you off, then I'm delighted, bc you're at least desperately trying to think of a way, too put me in my place; and I say good luck on your journey, you might learn something, and at least you stopped head butting that wall for a mo... LOL another neg, at least one of you can't see past the 'fuck you' button.
  4. Just a heads up, you couldn't offend me, I am a joke...
  5. I'll have a go: 1. I don't understand, how this fucking thing work's. 2. Nor do I. 3. Well, you're all zombies then...
  6. At least consider that I'm capable of making a joke...😇
  7. I suspect he was just annoyed at the "tomatoes are a fruit" brigade, which is of course wrong bc "if it doesn't go in a fruit salad, then it's obviously not a fruit" brigade, and then just exploded "of course they're not fish, they just live in the sea... FFS" 🙄. You're missing the point, it doesn't matter who says it if it's obviously true... My signature, for instance...
  8. I'm sorry if my word's or thought's offended you, just remember they're just images on a screen, there's no physical or emotional threat intended, I'd say the exact same thing to my best friend's face to face. My philosophy on this is, understanding that an external locus of control is a waist of emotional energy, and understanding why an internal locus of control, is the path to peace. 😉 IOW do what you can control, with good intent, and don't worry about the world you can't control.
  9. The bullet's are less effective, with the square of the distance...
  10. Not really, we have yet to identify an alien in the context of this discussion and much like a ghost, we have yet to categorise it... 🧐
  11. Ohh snap, welcome to my labyrinth of echos... 😉
  12. Like I said, he doesn't understand puberty...
  13. If you listened to the pod-cast, maybe... You'd understand, just a little bit more, what the map might look like...😉
  14. As I mentioned in my previous post, it's cogent to my argument; I don't care if it's you, or not, bc there's bugger all I can do about it and the mere allegation was motive enough for you to press the button trigger... 😉 This is a logical fallacy, in more than one way, for example, it's not a binery question; either you believe in nuclear antiproliferation or you're a bee keeper. I don't care about your justification for virtue signalling, if that's what floats your boat then all power to you; just don't expect me to clap. It's funny, other than the fact that I never deveated, according to the rules of 'Just a minute'.
  15. Indeed you do... There's no such thing as a sentient iceburg,
  16. Mostly, a path to knowledge doesn't include a mysterious or ghostly apparition; unless you believe it does...
  17. I'm just happy that my locus of control is mine to influence, I don't care what you do with yours... 😉 Hmm, another neg for a reasonable post; it's getting difficult to not assume...
  18. Your point being??? Hubris won't kill you, it just makes you unhappy, until you die wondering...
  19. I don't, it was an assumption; which is cogent to the topic. Now where's the fun in that? 🧐 Bolded mine, is it though? This world has been walking a tightrope of disaster, since the revolution that produced a nuclear weapon, which, at best, is a tangential threat; bc there's absolutely nothing you or I can do, to stop the fuckwit that actually pressed the button, and it's not something we can change, unlike the less obvious potential disaster's...
  20. It's essentially doing what you are, it presents compelling anecdotal testimonials, often with multiple sources, and presents it for consideration of the audience and two scientist's, one a believer and one a denier. It's a bit rich to demand scientific evidence in the context of this discussion.
