Cool. Have you sought to avoid inbreeding depression, as mentioned in the last part of your link? I imagine this is quite a problem with endangered species and trying to keep them going.

Yes, I will add some more wild specimens when I transfer them to an outdoor pond. I used to breed dwarf crayfish, I tried several times to breed a line of blue specimens but the blue color always seemed to be associated with extreme inbreeding.
