  1. You’ve provided no reasons for any of the rest of us to give a damn about your personal opinion, but you are indeed welcome to it.
  2. I imagine it’s going to differ by team and manufacturer.

Good point. Sinema is another wrench in the gears. More seats is more better.

No matter what happens in Georgia, democrats won both Arizona and Nevada and thus will retain control of the senate
  8. I guess it’s a good thing McCarthy didn’t say he was gonna receive a gun from Pelosi and struggle not to pistol whip her with it, but the people he’s trying to get to vote him into the speakership wouldn’t hesitate to say such a thing.
  9. Has your insurance perhaps been dropped and you’re no longer able to take your meds?
  10. Yeah, I didn’t follow it either and would be curious to have any of my blind spots illuminated (especially given his proximity to the situation). I thought it was a good piece (and I share your respect for frontline and propublica). Local. On the ground. From the mouths of those experiencing it. Showing the actual spots where people were being executed. The forests where Russian camps and resupply areas were setup. How people were being tortured. If I’m missing something, then I’d love to know so can stop being wrong
  11. PBS Frontline. Documenting the case for war crimes. Visceral feeling of what it’s like to be in the towns that were occupied and how the executions occurred. https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/documentary/putins-attack-on-ukraine-documenting-war-crimes/

    Yes, and then some.
  14. Where do you find a cow with no legs? Right where you left it! Why are doctors always so calm? Because they have a lot of patients! Why was the math book so stressed out? Because it was full of problems!
  15. Now that’d have been funny!
  16. Thought I’d already welcomed him /shrug Did you hear about the latest Polish invention? It’s a submarine with screen doors Yes, and you’d have done the same had he commented on black people or women or Jews or gays. That is, of course, you should have if he’d had.

Correct. GOP more likely to vote IRL on Election Day. Dems more likely to compose the majority of the mail-in ballots which will continue getting counted for a few more days.
  18. Humor at the expense of already marginalized groups already being targeted for violence and abuse really isn’t funny. It’s shitty.

You were correct also the first time you mentioned this From 3 days ago, yet 6 entire pages of “discussion:” Sealion plus bad faith equals boring
  21. It could also be just this way, but with orcs. It could also be just this way, but with unicorns. It could also be just this way, but with Puff the Magic Dragon. There’s no functional difference here since none of them have any evidence of existence, none whatsoever in their favor. All you’ve done is add a useless, made up, fictional variable with zero explanatory power. Simplified: Us: “2+2=4” You: “Yeah, but what if 2+2+God=4?” Us: “That’s fucking stupid. Go away, Dumbass.”
  22. iNow replied to StringJunky's topic in Politics
