This is how I think I understand the universe. The universe started from a singularity that was uniform and arguably infinite in scale or density. I guess really as there was no scale or density when in this original state. The singularity to me seems to be a primeval quantum field with as above no defined character, however without any limiting factor this field was free to both expand and collapse in any way it could. My thought is that the distance and size of distant galaxies is not taken into consideration when applying rotational and gravitational equations. To apply the equation the rotation of the galaxy in question is considered as one thing rotating at once. This is not what we see.
