Ooo.... this one is huge:

I can keep this up all day. If you are interested in large numbers than visit this site:

http://www.mersenne.org/

They love to prove that these large numbers are primes.

Why do you keep going on about primes? IM NOT TALKING ABOUT PRIMES!

Just the biggest number ever

If your just trying to get me to show you my calculations, so you can claim that you worked it out, then FORGET IT! Im not that stupid....try harder

I could care less about your calculations. Prime numbers are amongst the biggest known numbers that have meaning behind them. They are also quite common in science and mathematics. We still have no clue what your number means, and I don't think most of us actually care. It's not like we would win a Fields Medal for knowing your method.

The numbers remind me of this:

It's genius though! It's no wonder numbers have always boggled scientists! We've always been trying to find big numbers using just digits from 1 to 9. No one ever thought of using a 14 before!

Troll though? Maybe we'll never know. It's not like one could just check the other videos uploaded by the same user on youtube.

I think it's great. From "it's too much of a taboo subject" and "People couldn't work out... squares" to the closing inspirational thoughts, this is just enough like other serious crackpot theories that it's treated like one.

Ok... I watched the video and others by the OP. dry.gif Let's just say that I'm going to be nice and withhold my comments. :P

??????????

He was going by the adage "if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all."

I won't go by that adage. Your concept is nonsense. No matter how big a number you claim as the largest, and I'll just take your number and add one to it. My number is bigger than yours. There is no largest number.

I'll go by that. I think the video and OP's others are very funny and I like the ironic, satirical sense of humor.

I don't know what the avocado constant is, sorry.

This thread is to be read twice, definitely!

And yet it still remains smaller than all the numbers submitted so far in this thread, so WHAT is the question you posed to arrive at your answer?

He is joking.

His question is WHAT can I do to turn seemingly intelligent people into stupid ones.

He found the answer.

I think he is great.
