What is usually the difference between cheap wig and expensive wig for male? I have male pattern hair loss in an advanced stage and I have been wearing hat for years and now I am tired of it and wants to try a hair wig. I can see that the prices could range from $20 to somehow $200 or even higher. No offline shop nearby and I can only buy online, so I cannot touch and see the quality. Any experience on this issue?

Women don't seem to mind male baldness as much as men imagine they do.  I have it on good authority that it's sexy.   Wigs tend to look fake and kind of silly.  (I would strongly advise against buying one online - they really need to be tried on and a proper fit) Show that billiard ball with pride!  But maybe apply some sunblock to it if you spend time outside.

(- all the above comments are JMO, and would be less applicable to someone like a cancer patient who has suddenly lost hair due to chemo.  )

I suggest shaving your head to stubble or bare and then letting it grow to a point that feels ok to you. Once you've found a length you can live with, maintain it at that and accept this is the new 'you'.

You may feel your present hair pattern is an elephant of a problem, but it's just your mind hyperfocusing on it and making it the only thing that matters. Trying to fix it with wigs and combovers will just savage your confidence in the long run. Yul Brynner and Telly Savalas seem to have had a happy life without hair on their heads. Although I still have hair, I go Kojak quite often. It's an alternate look, not a worse one.

No, but it’s hard enough buying a well fitting cap online. It’s always better to try a few on in the shop before deciding. A wig is sure to be 100x harder than a cap, too, and 1,000x more embarrassing if it doesn’t fit correctly. I’d say find another route or in-person shopping

Hi, what did you mean by "A wig is sure to be 100x harder than a cap" ? harder? What does it mean? Harder to choose the best fit? I am not embarrassed to go to an offline shop but I don't even find one nearby.

It’s difficult to find a properly fitting hat online. I’m sure a wig is even more difficult to find a properly fitting one online.

You shouldn’t be shopping online for this item is my main recommendation. Your threads btw are absurd

I imagine the expensive ones are human-sourced  and cheaper ones probably synthetic.

To my limited experience some factors that affects the price and the quality:
-Human hair is usually more expensive that synthetic.
-If fitting and adjustments are included in price or not.
-Some online shops may be more expensive than the cheapest ones but include fitting at a local facility of choice without additional cost. 
-Breathable, lightweight caps may be more expensive and also comfortable.
-Resistance to heat and chemicals; allowing for styling (blow dryers, curling irons ...)

Note: a high quality wig may last longer than a cheap one; the average price per year of use may be important in the long run.
