Is this guy for real? Anyone seen this before?

Featured Replies

I heard this weird guy on the radio and he mentioned his website:

http://www.mynameisphil.com

Does anyone know who this is or if he's for real? What's it all about?

Very strange.

you know what site totally rocks is "http://www.something.com"

;)

let's hope he's not serious, though it looks to be not so;)

LOL. Phil must have a lot of time on his hands.

thats pretty freakin hilarious. Yeah pretty sure he's not for real (but to be precise that depends on the definition of real, which cannot be universally established). Thanks for that site, i'll show it to all my friends.

I found something.com somewhat dissappointing, but i'll show that to to all my friends to because it is funny

hey hey hey

don't diss the something man

It gets even better! He started posting videos now. Oh my god!! You gotta see this stuff!

Wow, the site reminds me of a bunch of different sci-fi shows and movies.

What radio station?

I doubt there was a radio station involved.

lelandroncorey has posted 3 times in the past 9 months, touting this site every time. Just trying to get free linkage and googlicity.

ps - stop spamming. No really, stop now.

I heard this weird guy on the radio and he mentioned his website:

i meant this radio station, all I hear on my radio is static, news, and music.

(what do you consider spamming?)

Apperantly it also has crazy alien stories also.

I emailed him telling him how funny his site was, and he sent back thanking me for the compliment :D

I dont think anybody ever doubted that it was fake. It is funny though.

When I first discovered this telephone, it was not working. One reason was because all the wires were missing. The other reason was because it had been repeatedly banged on the floor. This type of activity is not good for phones. I am good with wires and tools, so I fixed it and enhanced it's capabilities. As a result, it tends to work now. It is capable of receiving and transmitting tones well-above 20khz. These are things I cannot hear, but they can.

Genius :)

Funny, I tried the same thing and he emailed back saying that there was nothing funny about "rognes and the bad ones". I think I upset him.

...to answer an earlier wuestion, the radio station was an oldies station in Los Angeles.

That is quite the odd website. And this guy has merchandise? Too funny. Would anyone actually buy those?

No offense to anyone here but Whoa! What the hell was that? Why would someone put so much time and work into that?

Why would we take offence? I think it is Phil who should be taking offence to that comment. But, yes, it's rather obvious this man has too much time on his hands. Speaking of which, here's another site made by those with a bit too much spare time: http://labworks.hms.harvard.edu/fruit_fly/

It is the fruit fly fight club.

You ACTUALLY went to his site!?!?! Now you've done it! Your computer is now infected with spyware that this lelandcorey guy is going to use to guide the Mother Ship to your house! RUN! Get out of there while you still can, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!

Hahaha yeah..... oh wellI'm last on the list for now.........
