I assumed he was running for office. Gallup had him in the lead, but since his croup is near the end, it's a dead heat now. 

Presumably, for Theresa May.

Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, and potential future Prime Minister. I would be very surprised if he doesn't have the figures committed to memory.
