  1. Indeed; but wouldn't you want a pain free lesson?
  2. Which one of the four is "more than others"?
  3. Indeed, we've all had our share...
  4. Then you have misinterpreted me, the more people who speak up about unfairness the bigger the base/middle; it's about being kinder to all people, even us whiney snowflakes. Indeed, a good preacher is trying to be a good teacher, including listening to his/her flock; toughen up isn't a good lesson.
  5. The god of the gaps argument in reverse...
  6. What's so wrong with a preacher?
  7. I was, but I got better... 🤪
  8. No worries, think of it this way; when you can easily refute my post, I'm probably drunk, when you can't I'm probably not. 😇
  9. The god of the gaps argument. Indeed, but NDE's have been explained.
  10. Are you posting drunk koti? When I do and read my nonsense the next day, I don't double-down to try and save face; I hold up my hand's. Indeed, respecting other peoples choice's, if it doesn't affect you, is a no brainer; "if you don't like gay marriage, don't marry a gay person."...😉
  11. The reality is, the population we have today is growing in poor countries and not in rich countries; the rich countries have enough to make the poor countries climb out of poverty. Relative wealth isn't about making us all billionaire's, it's about making sure everyone has what they need to live, the equation is simple (you do the maths). If you have a better idea, I'd like to hear it.
  12. MEH, a joke is a way to codify information, not belittle it...
  13. What is the charade you're playing, here?
  14. Indeed, as do I... You've lost a significant amount of respect in those, as have I... I only wish, I was more respectful.
  15. It's the difference between actual reason's to be offended and righteous indignation. For instance, once your example is published and accepted there's no reason to post another picture, we understand the problem; but if you don't pick it up, you're just part of the problem...
  16. No, you're missing the point; the natural way to reduce our population is to make everyone relatively wealthy. The planet will live on, despite what we do; we will live on because of what we do...
  17. If we're a little bit kinder, life is a little less unfair; being tough is a weakness too, being sensitive to that is a strength. For good balance we need a good base. That's just not true Really? Have you ever been a slave?
  18. The birth rate is the rate of birth; it's not draconian it is just is...
  19. How? The perp already knows the consequences of being seen to not pick it up; being seen to conform, only to wait until there not seen to hang the bag of shit in a tree; the message would be so much more powerfull and effective, if the post concluded with: But don't worry, I did it for you; shame is more powerful than righteousness... Doesn't that just reinforce my point?
  20. No, that's just wrong not a weakness. The point of the analogy is, the poster took a picture of the dogshit and posted their indignation, instead of picking it up and solving the problem. Indeed it does and like a pyramid it starts from the ground up, if everyone is just a little bit more sensitive; the world is just a little bit better. Ignoring the base/problem is a recipe for disaster...
  21. First, we have to agree on what's magical...
  22. Indeed, Nietzsche said as much the sole man... Hitler took it the wrong way.
  23. Is it weak to just pick up the dog shit?
