Without water, we can't do anything. This is a deadly problem for some country with only a little bit of water. Considering some special properties of water, scientists make theory that a planet without water would have a very small chance of having organism. Why is water so special and can we find out its mysteries? (A strange shape, high specific heat capacity, solid state is less dense than liquid state..) According to a calculation, the probability of god is over 50%. Do you believe the god?

i just watched "Day After Tomorrow" and i have to admit there was some funky special efffects. But is any of the science in the movie any good? does the change in current, affect the weather to such extent? Is it possible for tempreture to change at 15 degrees a second. The bit when it says the cold air is sucked from the stratosphere and is sucked to the ground fast enough for it to not get warm? doesnt that involve the air to travel at immense velocity? Can the air travel that fast?(on earth of course)

http://www.allmoviescripts.com/scripts/10272177763f326892cd160.html I'm not saying it's a great script, or that it's not a great script. I'm not saying to rent the video or not to. I feel I know some of the people in "As Good as It Gets". And some of the dialog is (for good or bad) engraved in my memory. Like this----to see the context, scroll down about 45 percent of the page Zoe is a fan of Melvin's romance novels. She been dying to talk to him in person and finally gets her chance. Melvin is a hermit who writes hack purely for the money and hates real-life emoting. You see him trying to get away by pushing the elevator button---and wiping his finger to get r…

I am physically assembling a book, and I don't know what I should make the cover out of! BTW, it is going to be hard cover.... Plus, I need to get some pages printed (approx. 1500+), so I do not want to waste my pinter ink. Is there any cheap printing service?

At least I though so. About a year ago, I saw a show about worlds dumbest drivers(or something like that) and they showed a woman somewhere in England filled her car with Diesel fuel as opposed to the regular one. So as she was driving there was a huge while wall of smoke that she was leaving behind. It was so bad that the cop who was trying to pull her over, was having trouble avoiding other cars. Today, when I got stuck in the very same situation. The woman had somehow did the same thing and was producing very much the same scene that I saw on the TV. It was funny at first, but quickly turned to utter dismay because that was a single lane rd and no possibility…

  17. and its the funniest thing every. obviously football (soccer) isnt very much popular there, and u can see the stadiums virtually empty. Altough people who were there were making as much noise as they could. i couldnt find out where the noise came from cause all the fans tv showed were mostly sleeping hehe. And the commentary was also a classic. they kept chatting too much, you may have noticed that in some of the wimbeldon coverage as well. Also they say corner kick, instead of the usual corner over here. and while talking about the position , they also kept saying forward position, midfield position. Ah, american commentators, they are a legend.

Now that we have the new bubble feature... (if you don't know how to do it, quote this) This thingy... ...I decided to make this thread. Bubble all you want. The rules:1. You must be responding to someone else, not just making random sayings. 2. Use the same bubble for all your posts in here. 3. No double posting, edit if you have to. 4. Read this first, and try to go in that style. 5. Don't just use single word posts, really argue... single words are boring. 6. Try to make it FUNNY! I'll start. Excuse me, is this the right place to practice anti-semetism?

Since I was born and raised in NYC, I was devastated when the Twins fell. Perhaps you can even say that(to a degree) I was devastated more by the loss of buildings then the lives lost that day in NYC. Anybody that has been in NYC since 911 can see that a Huge chunk of the city is simply gone forever, and that is a truly depressing sight. While it absolutely sucks that New York City will never build buildings as tall as the WTC(at least that's what the current administration is saying - Damnit, they need to get Guiliani back in the Mayors seat:mad:) This is a welcome and long overdue project. http://edition.cnn.com/2004/US/Northeast/07/03/wtc.cornerstone/ind…
