I have seen ravens, magpies and jackdaws, going into regular park trashcans and throwing trash after trash (up to 20-30 cm lightweight stuff), outside.. looking for food.. One who did not witness this could imagine that this was done by some idiot people/kids, but it was done by birds.. The amount of garbage on the streets makes people lazy. If you see a lot of garbage flying or lying around you, you stop caring. If it's clean, you don't want to be the first to throw trash in the wrong place.

Notice in what context I wrote this i.e. "Perhaps that famous phrase "I think therefore I am" is a good start." If A.I. "thinks" therefor A.I can say "I am"/"I exist".. ? What is a "thought"?

What is the difference between "thinking" and "performing heavy calculations by an algorithm/A.I." ?

Children everywhere throwing garbage in school.. ? If I were a teacher in such a school, I would say to them: "hey, we don't have a lesson today! (10s pause for a 'hooray!') But we are going to the city.. everyone has to fill 20-30kg bag with garbage found in parks, streets, etc.".. several hours spent on the streets.. If the kids don't catch the lesson and start cleaning up at their school, repeat it again.. 10-20 km of walking a day is not very pleasant..

Too young children, before the age of 13, are generally not interested in sex to any great extent. This is an example of a bad, ineffective and unenforceable laws.. created by bored politicians to pretend work.. What really matters is whether or not there is consent to have sex with someone. If there is no consent, and there was forced sex, then it is rape and someone (or not) informs the police. No one will inform the authorities about consensual sex, no matter what age they were. This is how to create a populist politician - it will win votes from smokers, for the cancellation of this law in the future.

PET plastic bottles can be converted into filament for a 3D printer. i.e. from "trash" you can make something valuable, which can be used to produce anything you need at house, or which you can sell and/or give away.. Littering is the result of having to pay to take trash out of the trashcan.. (and not enough trashcans everywhere, or not enough taken away regularly) Conclusions? If it is for free, then (at least ordinary) people will not litter in the woods, etc. places.. A few years ago, I came up with the idea of making automatic trash garbage cans (small, the one used in forest parks) that have wheels and detect how much trash they have inside. When they are full, they start moving to the garbage truck. Empty automatic trash cans come out from the garbage truck and replace them. They should have solar panels on them to have power. So you want China's route everywhere.. From drones and satellites too? Because people have to pay for it..
