The QUESTION is ... how can Natur (or Humans) ... make a "TRIPLE Helix DNA"

where the 6 "Double-Bases" take only ONE specific orientation ???...

My 2 "Triple-Bases" :

(FA≡BC≡DE≡FA) = (A1≡B≡C1≡A1) or (A2≡B≡C2≡A2)

(LG≡HI≡JK≡LG)  = (D1≡E≡F1≡D1) or (D2≡E≡F2≡D2)

don't make other "Triplets" - except the "tautomeric" ones !!!...

How can We -(or Life)- know ... which side of this "Double-Base": (AB) ...

... is Left - or Right ???...

The Base( AB or BA ) is part of "Triple Bases" - which are part of a "TRIPLE Helix DNA" ...

How can the Base have only one specific orientation ???... ( or AB - or BA ) but NOT both !!!...

Each "Double-Base" ... is part of a "Triple Bases" ... which are part of a "TRIPLE Helix DNA" !!!...

and must have always the same orientation !!!...

( So ... that if you now the "Double-Base" of the ONE Helix ... you should now the other 2 Bases of the other 2 Helices !!!...

and to do that  you have to know the orientation of the "Double-Base" !!!... )

a "Double-Base" of a "TRIPLE DNA Helix" can bind to 2 simple Bases of a "DOUBLE DNA Helix" !!!...

I have forgot to look for the "combinations" of : B-F1, B-F2  &  E-C1, E-C2 ...

but they can NOT make "Triple Bases"

with the 6 Bases and their 4 "tautomeric" Bases !!!...

Hello !!!... What do you mean ???... My IDEA of size-expanded triple-Bases

has nothing to fear against the other IDEAS of the scientists !!!...

Only that my "triple-Bases" can be part of a "Triple DNA Helix" !!!...

Do you know how can my "Double-Bases" have always the same direction ???...

( THAT would be Helpful !!!...)

Into the YELLOW-Circles are the "tautomeric Hydrogens" and the one circle can change into the other circle !!!...

The YELLOW-atom is a charged (Blue) Nitrogen(N+) atom and has a Bond with a Hydrogen !!!...

But I have seen that the "opposite" Nitrogen atom can be charged too !!!... and then the Hydrogen will go to the other side of the "Hydrogen Bond" !!!...

 

I have calculated these changes of the "combinations" of the "Hydrogen Bonds" and they cannot make other "Triplets" with the other Bases !!!...

( Only 2 "Triple-Bases" are possible !!!... )

The NAMES of my 6 "Double-Bases":

 

FAA = Federal Aviation Administration

BBC = British Broadcasting Corporation

DCE = Data Center Ethernet

 

LDG = Latitudinal Diversity Gradient

HEI = Hawaiian Electric Industries

JFK = John Fitzgerald Kennedy

This is our "DOUBLE Helix DNA" on Earth !!!...

From the "theoretical" possible 6 pairs with 12 Bases ... it has only 2 pairs with 4 Bases !!!..

 

On other extraterrestial Planets with Life ... they will have probably a "Double Helix DNA" with 1-6 pairs of DNA-Bases !!!...

My IDEA of a "TRIPLE Helix DNA" is only "theoretical" and "hypothetical" !!!...

But with "Chemical Synthetic Biology" ... we could make my 2 "Triple-Bases" and a "TRIPLE Helix DNA" to see if it is possible to exist !!!...

Until now there is NO evidence that my 2 "Triple-Bases" or my "TRIPLE Helix DNA" exist in Natur !!!...

It exist only in my Mind !!!...

"Theoretical" my Idea for 2 "Triple-Bases" of ( my ) "Triple DNA Helix" ... is possible !!!...

To test my Idea there is only one way !!!... to make them with "Chemical Synthetic Biology" in a Laboratory !!!...

I write always my "Triple DNA Helix" because on Earth exist a ( 2+1=3 Triple Helix )

which is a normal "Double DNA Helix" with the addition of one Helix !!!...

 

If we make my Triple DNA Helix ... we could learn something about the DNA !!!...

The Left-Triplet (YELLOW) has a Carbon(C) atom more - The Right-Triplet (BLUE) has a Nitrogen(N) atom more.

But it is too LARGE !!!... to be useful ...
