  4. Because if there were nothing, you couldn't ask any questons, like why theres something rather than nothing. Thats why.
  5. Why would the Universe care about Bob or Karen’s imagination is beyond me. PS. I never liked R. Kelly with that dumb song when it came out and apparently it turned out recently hes an abusive psycho so thats that.
  6. Its worse than that, nature itself prevents us from running empirical experiments confirming string theory. A particle accelerator capable of creating energies needed to run collisions which could confirm string theory would take significant part of the solar system in size and would colapse into a black hole due to its mass.

Wow, that is surprising and amusing. It shows how much were (I'm) unprepared to process even simple geometry inside my head without the use of tools like Math. Not to mention raw processing of more complex geometries of GR or higher dimensions.
  8. I got rid of FB last week, surprising how the world is different without wasting time. Kept messenger as its difficult not to have it.
  9. I had it exactly the same, watched first 2 episodes on Netflix then fell asleep on the third one and gave up.
  10. Wow, I watched the first episode of „The Orville” and got hooked not the Expanse of which I watched a couple episodes a year ago and concluded they were slow. Seems I might have been sleeping already yesterdayafter all.
  11. I’ve managed not to fall asleep and watched the first episode, Im hooked.
  12. Do they have it in 4K on Amazon Prime? Asking because this series somehow eluded me and since I got me a new turbo 4K HDR10+ & Dolby Vision TV set I feel it is imperative I watch only 4K from now on
  13. He has my outmost respect and I would give a lot to have dinner with him but still the comment made me laugh.
  14. I found this somewhere online with the following comment which made me choke on my coffee. Math, not even once.

All 14 short episodes take about 1 hour to watch, the first one is really short, takes only 2 minutes. I'm learning a lot from these: Edit: These series deal with PHD level math knowledge which correlates directly in this case to modern physics, I find this series digestable having no background in math or physics and having no academic background. I recommend this to anyone who's a math semi-moron like me who wants to learn.
  16. @MigL, Nice, simple, synthetic and straight to the point, +1.

I’m picturing a bad 80’s b type scifi horror movie with trademark grotesque special effects. This larva face reminds of those.
