*The powerful booster rocket at the base of the Lunar Lander was fired to slow descent to the moons service. Yet it has left no traces of blasting on the dust underneath. It should have created a small crater, yet the booster looks like it's never been fired... *The Lander weighed 17 tons yet the astronauts feet seem to have made a bigger dent in the dust. *The flags shadow goes behind the rock so doesn't match the dark line in the foreground, which looks like a line cord. So the shadow to the lower right of the spaceman must be the flag. Where is his shadow? And why is the flag fluttering (when there is no wind on the moon) *Why is the background of the pictu…

So what is Gravity? If mass gives you gravity and Gravity gives you mass, then mabye there is no mass;just gravity. After a long day at work, I came home to do some dishes. After I was done I let the water down the drain. In a tired daze I watched as the water went down the drain in a tornado like whirlpool. Then all of a sudden I looked at the image of the drain behind the whirlpool, and discovered that gravity was staring right at my face.Gravity was something that spins! My first thought was that there was a spinning partical that acts for gravity, but that was too simple. So first I found these Protons, and then I found these Neutrons.I put them together with…

But then how could he create himself if he did not have materials or stuff to do it? Could he have created the materials to make himself? Wasn't sure where to post this but since it pertains to evolution here, I suppose, is as good a' place as any. Here are fourteen natural phenomena which conflict with the evolutionary idea that the universe is billions of years old. The numbers listed below in bold print (usually in the millions of years) are often maximum possible ages set by each process, not the actual ages. http://www.answersingenesis.org/docs/4005.asp Anyway, that should silence a lot of debate for now. Oh and Dr.Humphreys is a scientist.

  5. Evolution breakthrough: There are ONLY Miracles! Just like we humans cannot perceive and distinguish events occuring at nansecond intervals without the help of machines then: Consider a mind from a parallel universe that perceives our universe only in time increments of 5 billion years. While observing our earth it first sees only stones then a moment later it sees humans. For this mind the humans popped out of nowhere already completely "evolved" since it cannot perceive the cause and effects occuring at smaller time intervals. Hence for this mind a miracle occured, or maybe it would consider anything that pops out of nowhere, no matter how complex as the normal …

  6. The difference of 43´´/century with astronomic observations as regards the advance of Mercury’s perihelion is not attributed to the curvature of space-time around the Sun, as the Theory of Relativity erroneously maintains. The 43´´/century of the advance of Mercury’s perihelion (as demonstrated above) are due to the revolution of the Sun around the center of mass of our Solar system, a fact that until today has never been taken into account when calculating the advance of Mercury’s perihelion. Finally, after everything discussed in this paper, the Theory of Relativity should be unquestionably deemed erroneous. more......http://www.tsolkas.gr/english/document1/pr…

There seems to be a great deal of interest in these forums in discussing whether the official accounts of 9/11 are accurate. Originally the other 9/11 threads were locked due to far too much bickering and far too little evidence-based argumentation. Most of the controversy surrounding 9/11 has centered upon two events: the alleged collision between Flight 77 and the Pentagon and the alleged collapse of WTC7. In regards to these events, there are two pieces of evidence I'd like to bring to the discussion. The first is the video of Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon, which was released today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdHdX6Znvc4 And the second is the …

Recently, I have been researching the events of 9/11. I hadn't given it much though before, and to be honest it really didn't interest me very much. It was just a terrorist attack that endlessly plagued the news. I was outraged, of course, because all of those people died, and now we would be going to "official" war against terrorism, but that didn't change the fact that I was only 13, and none of that would ever phase me. Not so of late. I was given a couple of DVD's by my uncle, who is a powerful debater when it comes to politics and all that. I watched them and they blew my mind. I was on the edge of my seat, taking in every word carefully. For the first time…

Then how comes there have been over 30 T-rex fossil discoveries, but not one 'reliable' species that suggests man and ape share the same ancestors? surely they would be higher up in the earths crust?

  12. Now I find it very hard to believe that the twin towers and WTC 7 happen to fall down precisely vertically when so many planned building implosions fail to collapse this conveniently. What are the statistical odds? Any mathematicians or structural engineers have the answer? If a tall building's metal structure is heated up from jet fuel, the top will bend before it falls at an angle. It will not fall straight down. What do you physics buffs think? And where did the airplane which hit the pentagon go? Are there any magicians reading this thread? The attack on the twin towers sparked the whole "war on terror." Our military went into Afghanistan, then gave up after a…

"Chance rewards its patient labours" as they say is true ! I chanced a fact during research in June 2000 that has enabled me to discover the complete brain power (Mental Quantum) of the human species or race(s). And the Mental Quantum (MQ) discovery has also lead me to invent an excellent mode of revealing any event of interest as whether it is of the past, present or future with a tremendous accuracy;by using binary(base 2) codes which is purely mathematical. In summary this format is far accurate to be compared with any astrological, spiritual or computer-simulation predictions. But the only and only shortcomings of this format lies in delay(long and re…

  14. JC1 opened a thread (Intelligent Design struggles with an identity crisis) which included a lengthy extract by one Bruce Gordon former head of the Polanyi Center at Baylor University. In this Gordon presents the most cogent, unemotional, objective description and defence of ID that I have read. I am not a fan of ID. I have condemned it in this and other fora for its unscientific methodology. Gordon's presentation was persuasive by its reasonable ness. It may be that this conceals the same old ID distortions, but if so they were well concealed. When I say persuasive I mean in the sense of worthy of discussion and consideration, especially within a sub-section de…

  15. Bruce Gordon made a presentation in one of my anthropology courses. He used to head up the Polany Center at baylor whose purpose is the show things like the mathmatical impossibility that the earth was created by random chance. . .anyways. . .: ----------- http://www.asa3.org/ASA/topics/Apologetics/ResearchNews1-01Gordon.html Design theory has had considerable difficulty gaining a hearing in academic contexts, as evidenced most recently by the the Polanyi Center affair at Baylor University. One of the principle reasons for this resistance and controversy is not far to seek: design-theoretic research has been hijacked as part of a larger cultural and political moveme…

What is this forum for? There have been lots and lots of speculative theories posted in the Physics section of the forums. For the most part, these are completely and utterly wrong, and generally it annoys a lot of people. So, to alleviate the pressure, this forum has been created for people who want to post theories that have little or no base in scientific knowledge. Hopefully members of the community will be kind enough to provide some form of peer review on the ideas. Rules of the forum Please be civil, and try to get along with one another. Have some respect for everybody's ideas, no matter how wrong you may think they are. Threads will be close…

The frequency shift factor, 1+phi/c^2, that Einstein obtains in Appendix 3 in his "Relativity" and that later is confirmed experimentally, is: A) Compatible with the principle of constancy of the speed of light (the c principle) and incompatible with the principle of dependency of the speed of light on the speed of source or observer (the c+v principle)? B) Compatible with the c+v principle and incompatible with the c principle? An argument favouring (B) can be seen in http://www.wbabin.net/valev/valev3.htm . If this argument is correct, we have an experimental falsification of the theory of relativity (a la Popper). Pentcho Valev

Einstein's idiocies would not have been accepted so easily if rationality in science had not been already seriously damaged by two concepts that might be called "rationality terminators": the second law of thermodynamics and the entropy. The story began in the following way: http://www.wbabin.net/valev/valev4.htm and since then many prominent scientists have fought against the paralysing obscurity but in vain. Since 2001 there has been a nice critical analysis on internet by a famous philosopher of physics: http://philsci-archive.pitt.edu/archive/00000313/ Yet nothing can stop criminal thermodynamic gurus. They have been destroying students' rationality fo…

The human body is the most complicated machine in the world. We see with it, hear with it, breathe with it, walk and run with it, and sense pleasure with it. Its bones, muscles, arteries, veins and internal organs are organized with marvellous design, and when we examine this design in detail we find even more amazing facts. Every part of the body, though each may seem to be so different from another, is made up of the same material: cells. Cells, each of which is one thousandth of a millimetre, are the structural units that form our body and everything in it. Some of these cells unite to form bones, others to form nerves, the liver, the inner layer of the stomach, t…

  20. If, in 20 years, scientists still cannot find a way to stop aging but only slow down aging barely, I am going to find a method to hibernate all human that they homeostases will stop interacting, and they form like sleeping things. And I know using crogenic to do that task isn't a really a guarantee. Because as water cools up to become ice, the volume of its will become bigger; thus, they will damage the preserved membranes of human. And if it happens, it is unlikely we can wake and give a new birth to those human who are frozen under those stuffs. So, how about using air to replace those icy? Great idea. I need to find a way that can hybernate human cells activity--includ…

Theoretically, if we send enough electrons to the moon, we can pull the moon closer to Earth. Then, if we can find a way to DE-accelerate the moon and make it a safe touch-down, we will have a new world. And this is, maybe the realistic solution for our over populated, energy hunger near future. http://shoutthemoon.com

  23. Hi my name is Ivan Nanev and I'm writhing about what I've discovered proving further my theory and questioning the "evolution theory". I call it "Gene Index" - it's a UNIQUE marker for EVERY gene, meaning that every gene no matter what genome we are talking about is labeled. Meaning that my deploying theory is right and proves that we are not a result of random mutations or matching. The Gene_Index is consisted of the tree codons before the gene (xxx) and the tree codons after the gene (yyy), also called “sticky ends”. If for instance you give me the xxxyyy I can tell you with 100% accuracy the size of the gene, 100% accuracy the if it's going on the positive or the negat…

  24. well i found this from http://www.drdino.com From magazines to newspapers...from museums to textbooks...the concept that dinosaurs turned into birds is presented as a fact. Yet this concept, like all of the other supposed "facts" of evolution, is wrought with problems which are seldom exposed. Whenever dinosaurs with a bone structure remotely similar to birds are found, the link between dinosaurs and birds is assumed to exist. Bird fossils such as Archaeopteryx (right) are presented as proof of evolution because the bones have some characteristics reminiscent of reptiles. Yet this whole idea of dinosaurs turning into birds is based more on faith than scientifi…

Hi all! I've made up an interview to help illustrate some points. I've also added the sources. Tell me what you think! Ready? I call it: Interview With An Evolutionist. Do you believe in the theory of evolution? --Yes. Do you think man evolved from apes? --Yes. Why? --Well, all the evidence that says so. What kind of evidence? --Well....like the fact there are so many similarities between apes and humans. You're right, there are similarities. Does this prove we came from apes? --Well, maybe not by itself, but it provides good evidence. Are robins and eagles similar? --I guess you could say that. Does this p…
