Where's Mordred?

He's not been around in awhile, very strange.

Does anyone know if his/their absence is permanent?

Something i've noticed on several different forums now, is that when a new expert arrives and seems to stick around, one of the resident experts disappears.

I was wondering, as these forums are kind of smallish, do staff/mods feel morally obligated to stick around longer than they want too until a replacement shows up, so not to harm the site?

I think sometimes life just happens. Spending time here is often a luxury some don’t have, or even a burden some don’t want.

Or maybe to some people it's like a flavour of ice cream that grows on you for a while but you finally feel you've had enough of it. Or a proving ground, and after they've run their test, they're done; or a night in a mental institution...

I hope Mordred comes back.

I also haven’t seen @Strange in a good long while. I’ve known him for years and from a number of different forums, so his lack of activity is unusual. Hopefully all is well.
