The strategy is working better than we'd hope given how many people are now turning to TikTok for updates to what's happening in Ukraine. /EDIT For a moment there, I thought this was about Texas, Florida, Iowa, and other GOP led states. Meanwhile, US is seeking to block Russian sale of gold, something they've been using / can continue using to soften the blow from sanctions.
