Bignose put a lot of effort into trying to help you out in those threads and as he said, you should try to learn from where you went wrong and move on. Being stubborn and not accepting responsibility for when you may be at fault won't get you anywhere.

I have friends in Darwin who got to meet a croc close up when one decided to take a dip in their pool, though. One of many reasons why SE QLD is as close to the equator as I'll ever live.

I'm not quite far enough north for those guys, thankfully.

Apparently a number of outer suburbs and places in central QLD did, but the CBD area of the city I live in just missed the mark. The suburb I live in didn't get the nice coastal breezes that the CBD got, though, so who knows. It definitely wasn't pleasant with only a small fan to comfort me.

fresh: at the time that I wrote this, I was feeling very sick and sorry for myself. I'd like to say I'm all better now, but as it happens, I came down with another nasty bug just yesterday.

As for my cold/flu/whatever. It's basically done with, but I feel like I'm coming down with another one. This winter is being hellish for my poor immune system.

It's really not a question that ever crossed my mind and I couldn't care less either way what you do in the bedroom.

I very rarely (if ever)resort to medication when I have a cold or flu. I prefer to let things get better in their own time and in the meantime, drink a lot of lemon and honey tea. The only time I can think of when I didn't do this was when I got a bad lung infection and could barely breath through all the coughing.

Thank-you! It's not the worst flu I've ever had, but it's certainly knocked a lot of the wind out of me. i'm sure it will pass soon enough.

Be that as it may, I think my conscious state could do without this flu.
