    Started training for a 100 km in 48 hr hike today. My legs aren't sure what they did to deserve this, but at least my fundraising efforts are going well.

      Sudocreme - amazing stuff. Used for nappy rash here. Not to be indelicate - you will want to investigate non-cotton underwear at an early stage in preparation. It is not as nice in for a short hike, but it doesnt build up moisture and chafe.
