  1. Well , We do have emotion-rousing\triggering areas. Dichotomizing these areas (or their efficacy) into + and - is , however , the job of populist U_Tube and Internet self-help Gurus . . . . . .
  2. They would most likely turn into not-deep-thinking semi-auto technicians .. . Post-industrial society does need this race very much indeed . .. . . .
  3. Many use such a way of thinking simply in order to suppress freedom of speech . . .. . . .
  4. I think the number of these tags and labels put on people to first , apparently , distinguish , and then ,many a time (but , of course , not always) discriminate against them , is increasing to an INTOLERABLE degree . . .
  5. Nature of true original science is NOT hasty. they just needed some vaccine to soothe the populace. Not exactly clear how successful this shall turn out to be. Let alone in other less attractive , less "important" fields . . . .. .
  6. It should also be taken into consideration that some guys (or gals) feel so empty from within. What post-Lacanians may prefer to call Void. So they purposely make a nerd of themselves. This makes them a bit more noticeable. Some researchers have suggested that geek media is specifically attractive to narcissists. But on the other hand , I could hardly believe nerds are among the most anti-social people here on this Earth. Geek culture tends to be a way to play out delusions of being smart and privileged, allowing people to briefly forget about their problems by disappearing into another dimension.
  7. It is not a cyborg, what I was talking about Whereas it used to be just a mode of social presence and surface, the body has, in these post-modern days , evolved into a symbol of personality. Being incarnate is in contrast to seeming to be/ in contrast to seeming or appearing to be there carnally ..............
  8. Dear Friend There are lots and lots of possibilities and options. Hormones , sound waves , radiation , chemicals , currents ( electricity) , , , , etc , , ,, , , ,, , etc , , , , Let me tell you something absolutely secretly ( !! ) I am in the know as about an innovative experimental project to start with robotix rather than with the living tissue you have in mind. Then very gradually, they wanna turn things bit by bit by bit into "More Biologic" [ MoBi ] . .. . . .
  9. Everybody is talking here of a 15-$-minimum wage as though it were a Huge step towards returning the amassed wealth @ the hands of 1% of US population to the lowest of lowest Americans . . .. . . Gosh !!
  10. By the means you mention here , only molecular biology can work ; NOT organ or whole-body biology . . .. . .
  11. It is next to impossible. As a biologist , I HAVE heard rumors about it. But rumors are rumors. Not a single colleague of mine has actually reported such a miracle to me . . . . .. .
  12. Yes / Yes / Very Dear Ahmet :: I am talking about the symmetry we expect to exist in case(s) of conjugates . . ... Be they integers or complexes .. I shall be very grateful if you will kindly explain to me******** BTW : strong integers are those whose symmetric additive property extends to graphs where we have axes or curves containing both integers and complexes . . . . . . .
  13. What about when strong integers are turned into computer bits and bytes ? What about when complex conjugates do not exactly mirror one another in 2D and/or 3D ?
  14. because when there were no humans (or other similar conscious entities), there would not be daydreaming. One type of Existence does NOT depend upon another. There ARE zillions of conscious beings. They do have their own imagination. But even if they were not around , the Noetic pole of their Existence (what we are now talking about) would all and everywhere and under any circumstances be the same.
  15. I may ask for the permission to disagree . . . .. I did not elicit the example of the Queen of USA I might have as well done that Then daydreaming and its interpretations would also remain in the sphere of existence We have to be able to include them , too And somewhere , all these examples happen to stem from one source of ancestor......
  16. dear Ahmet ; You say ( in the original Q ) : " Anyways, the engine showed there exists no soln . for this. I tried this on few others and still got the same. I can't understand this. -1 and 1 both give 1 when multiplied by itself. No square of a number can be in negative form. So sqrt(x)=-1 should have the solution as 1. Can anyone explain this. " Whether it be a case of imag number sol OR another one , THe POint REmains that : A complex number's "space" cannot be non-reflecting upon its real number counterpart. A complex number is equal to its complex conjugate if its imaginary part is zero, or equivalently, if the number is real. In other words, real numbers are the only fixed points of conjugation. The product of a complex number with its conjugate is equal to the square of the number's modulus. Two differing varieties of such number spaces , in case the imag turns out to be real or not , still remain to differ from one another in that more-than-one solutions as compared to single-solution eq(s) are to be representative of what we symbolize them to be. Fortunately or unfortunately , there is not a standard (sort of objective) outside the realm of the symbolization that we , mathematicians , impose upon them . They simply do not lose their intimate connexion with analysis and solutions of variables defined by complex difference eq(s).
  17. Dont believe it is heroism This is force-making consent on human beings . . . . .
  18. Must ??? !! Who must ? And ( possibly more importantly ) : Whom must ?
  19. What if a predator infects ( and thus kills ) human beings without attack ? Rumors have it that in this present pandemic, some people are intentionally infecting the wildlife ..........
  20. Shadows and musical notes and our relatives' dreams and the balancing policies of the Queen of Britain are also not depending on us for existence. From this specific point of view there is no difference between them and stones and rocks and Mt. Everest and the wildlife in Indian jungles. Problem is that the intersubjective remains of Existence thus make them all more eidetic than classically objective.
  21. I guess the machine imaginary number "lock" has operated in such a way as to minimally bring our sqrt(s). If we do not accord the solution with some level of imaginary dimensionality , then unit becomes non-unit , which in modern maths does not necessarily offer problematics. The ancients , however , would have been shocked at it. anyway , auto_difference(s) in eq(s) that are not difference ones , is still available in systems that deal with more-than-one solution.
  22. Are you clearly talking about eating human flesh or animal flesh ??
  23. Firstly : Numbers possess only "ideatic" Existence,,,, But : things numbered have OBJECTIVE Existence .............. Secondly : Things exist totally independently from human beings. We humans have do not bestow Existence upon things that already exist. It was Senior Member Eise who thought so idealistically AND It was me who ventured to , most respectfully , refute his statements when I wrote above :
