    Are there any formulas for finding the LCM of at least 2 numbers? All I know is tedious methods which give you a long amount of time of computing (not always? If yes, then what is it? If no then is it still possibe that we can find a formula?

The answer is [math]K=4p^4[/math] but I want to see the working out because, for some reason, I got [math]K=2p^2[/math].

    A friend posed a riddle. There are two boxes, one with ten tickets, and one with one hundred tickets. There is one lucky ticket in each. Do you choose one chance with the ten or ten chances with the hundred? I reasoned that with the ten out of one hundred, a person's chances are better because as you're picking tickets out of the box, there are less tickets in the box. Therefore the probability is 1/100 + 1/99 + 1/98 + 1/97 +... + 1/91 for a 10.48% chance of getting the lucky ticket. My friend says no, the probabilities are equal. Which one of us is correct?     I am doing this 3D app that has some annoying trig in it, that is kind of messing with my head, as I am not the best trig guy on the planet...so please help! I start with 4 equilateral triangles, to make a tetrahedron, and all I want is to really have each point in the triangle touch a radius of a sphere. I map everything in horiz/vert degrees, to get the base down... I start with the "top down" and draw out on graph paper, an equilateral triangle and put a dot in the center, and draw a circle around it.     Hello, I was wondering if anyone can give me some information... I was wondering how many 3-digit Prime numbers there are, and what they are and which 4-digit numbers are also Prime. There was something I was trying to work out about them involving orders of magnitude between different Prime numbers, but I don't know where to look for that kind of information.   23. Hello, I have been a A student for a few semesters at my local college but this semester is been kicking my butt. I wanted to ask some advice regarding my math classes and programming class since I seem to have a deep struggle which hasn't gotten to be quite serious.
