If Human Species finish their Tenure on Earth Life will not end !
Just like when Dinosaurs were wiped out Life on Earth continued !

'Humans hold a tenure on Earth' is not the way I like to look at it. It's not us who have a tenure on Earth. We're a product of Earth. Earth has us by the short and curlies rather. :D

    That's probably true. 

    In about a billion years from now the oceans will have boiled away and then life will end.

    Earth does have a "use by date", as does Sol.
