If so, will it spin for all eternity if he gets to disoriented to teleport back out?

Or will the vacuum drain him of his magnetness, leaving him demagnetized with new identity issues, but curing his bipolar disorder?

Why would it? But as you have made up the teleportation device, it is up to you (as the science fiction author) to decide whether it will make things spin or not.

Vacuum has no effect on magnets.

Being fair I think this is a strawman argument.  Captain Kirk isn't a magnet (except for the chicks) and the planets he beams to aren't usually vacuums...  lol.
