This link below explains the structure of Saturns rings which claims that the origin is still a mystery. Moons that are in aproximately the same orbit, yet do not collide with each other. They tend to do a "dance" by speed swapping and orbit changing. This was really interesting, and I understand the action, but it made me think of something else. I did just that. I had problems and wanted to find a place that had intelligent people to talk to because I had nowhere else to go. The "other" places were just too kid like, but I do have a love of space. Anyway, Franco38........ I'm only 17, but even I can see whats going on. Marvin.... The morlocks had nothing. They lived in underground caves and just ate humans. Nothing more than sharp stones to cut with. The humans were programmed by the directions handed down to them generation after generation......To go to the shelter when the alarm sounded. So.....when the morlocks sounded the alarm (seemingly the only technology they had) the humans would rush to the entrance and go below. After 5 or 6 entered, the door closed and the others went back to their huts. What three books....... Bettina

I for one, would not want to see you banned. This may be a science forum, as I've been told many times, but to me everything has science to it and sometimes the scientists here might just require a little less science to keep them human. My thoughts and feelings act together so I sometimes feel what others are thinking. I can be both inside and outside another person in a matter of seconds. Sometimes it scares me and sometimes it makes me physically sick. I can read in the news about some event, and I will be there in an instant. HOWEVER, There was a period when I read a lot of bibles, events, scriptures, you name it. Everything I could find. I saw Jesus dying on the cross and when he lifted his head to speak to his father, I saw emptiness and felt nothing. I feel nothing even now. I feel everything else but that. It was sad for me to find this out, but there was no-one there. No God, no Archangels, no Virgin Mary. Just a man called Jesus wanting to build a church and he died on a cross. When he uttered the words Eloi, Eloi, Lama Sabachthani, there was no answer. Sorry David.....like the others, I need proof. Period. I tried searching for this many times because I thought I posted this once before, but couldn't find it. Ignore this if it has been done already. ------------------------ In the movie........"The time machine"..........a young man goes a million years into the future only to see the world desolate and in utter ruins with only a small band of Humans living on the surface. These humans were fed daily with fruit to keep them fat and happy by the beast looking Morlocks who lived underground. These beasts were using the Humans for food. They were canibals. The young man destroyed all the Morlocks but was now left with Humans who didn't know anything. So, he got back on his time machine, went back to his time, (about year 1900) and grabbed three books, then went back to live permanently as his time machine was destroyed. So, your saying it does come back, but it goes away again if you do a restart. I would now turn off windowblinds and the antivirus so they don't boot up next time and then try and restart without them. Also, turn off any pop up blockers too. Bettina

Try this...My computer.....control panel....sounds and audio devices, and look at the checkbox for "Place volume icon in the taskbar" 1. If its unchecked, check it....... 2. If its already checked, then uncheck it, apply, then reboot your computer, then go back and check it then apply......that should do it. I don't know the other ones... Bettina

No...I can't say that all the people in the mideast are uncivilized, but there are so many that are. Many. All I know is that I'm 17 and want to be around a radiation free world when I'm 30. But when I look, I don't see it. Bettina

If you feel the US is the real nuke danger, then your worrying for nothing. Those days and presidents are gone. It's the religious extremists getting one that is the realdanger. They will use it because they believe there god allah allows its use. Not political. Not civilized. I can't stop using the word "uncivilized", because if fits perfectly with the people I'm describing. Also, our constitution separated church and state right from the beginning because our forfathers knew what religion could do. I agree there is some mixing in politics, but nowhere near what the mideast countries have done. "Uncivilized factions", using your own words, are the majority rule in some countries. Remember the Taliban, the opression of women, the beheadings, the stoning to death of pregnant women, cutting off a persons hands, are almost a daily occurence. The utter lack of respect for life makes these people uncivilized in my book. Hope were still ok.... Bettina
