I have one question,that i can't find a solution to.So if someone can help,i ll be really grateful! Hey, I have to write a research paper on alternate energy sources for school. I was thinking of going out of the box and go with nuclear energy as a alternate energy source. Ofcourse nuclear fission is not a realistic, I already know that much about a article I read on physorg.com, but I was wondering if nuclear fusion is a valid alternative. I have done a experiment testing the ethanol content in a white wine sauce after different cooking periods by titrating it and have gotten odd results. The sauce contained a cup of 13% alcohol volume wine and a cup of chicken stock and an onion. It was prepared and frozen until I was ready to test it. When I tested it my 0 minute cooking time sample (the one the hadn't been heated at all) got a result of 2% where as i expected it to be at least 6% as I thought most of the ethanol would have still been present. Do have any idea why I might have gotten these results?

Hey guys, I'm currently in a Physiology class and we were asked to critically think about why our body has a convoluted system for creating urine. The fluid goes through multiple stages to concentrate and unconcentrate before it becomes urine. Why is it that our body doesn't have a direct system from A to B? Two cars start moving form the same place. One goes north at a rate of 50 mi/hr, while the other heads east at a rate of 30 mi/hr. At what rate is the distance between the two cars changing exactly two hours later? I thought that the equation for the velocity vectors is: r(x) = 30xi + 50yj and thus distance d two hours later is given by: d = √(30x² + 50x² ) and dd/dt = ∂x/dt + ∂y/dt and after solving the equation I just plug in 2 for x and y to get what time the distance changes at the two hour mark. Is this right?

Honestly speaking, what can we personally do to help ensure water substainability, apart from the usual wasting less water and not polluting water bodies by dumping litter into them?
