About Me
I studied biology at university and have an Honours Degree in Applied Biology.
After graduating I went into data analysis, and worked as a business analyst and change administrator for a multi-national corporation.
After four years of that heart-pounding excitement I transferred my skills to a civil sector role in which I analysed intelligence data and provided tactical, strategic, and projected assessments for two years. During that period I studied maths and computing in my own time, as well as taking a foundation course in Japanese language.
I now have a more active civil role and have continued my studies by completing a Foundation Degree in Criminology and Sociology.
The skills and knowledge I have acquired in my various roles and studies have opened up a lot of doors for me. My advice to anyone thinking of starting a new course of study is that one can never know enough.
I have a number of interests that fill my spare time. One of these is of course perusing SFN. I also have a Youtube channel which I have previously used for debating issues such as theology and morality, and which these days is more often used for videos about camera technology, photographic techniques, and video effects/editing.
I am a Canon user, and have both a DSLR and a full HD video camera. Unfortunately I am addicted to buying kit. It is quite an expensive affliction

The Dictionary is not a technical resource.
