I think I'm experiencing bad Deja Vu and it scares me

Recommended Posts

Ok. I dont know where to start. I keep having these life experiences that I feel like I have already lived before. The bad thing is, I don't remember seeing them in my dreams. I only remember them when I see them.

Example: I smoked some really loud weed with my friends one night. I didn't know it was going to make me feel crazy because I have smoked before. Well, everything was all fine and normal until we get in the car and a certain song comes on the radio and BAM something in my brain triggers that I had seen this before. And right when I noticed the familiar song, the guy turns around and asks, "so, do you want me to tell you about the first time I ever got high? It sure is a funny story?!?" And I totally started to freak out and panic! EVERYTHING he kept saying was EXACTLY how I saw it before. And I kept saying "why have I seen this before? I know what you about to say next!"

It never happened again until I smoked a couple weeks ago with different people and BAM, I started to experience the same craziness. When my sorority sister came and laid on my bed, my brain triggered again and our conversation was EXACTLY how I had already seen it before. I started to freak out and panic! And now it happens all the time! Frequently throughout the day... I'll notice the really bad déjà Vu!

I've tried to tell my mom and friends because it seriously scares me! I don't like seeing life and then experiencing it! And the crazy part is, I don't remember when I dream it. I just see it when it happens.

Any advice or suggestions to what I should do or what is going on with me?!?!?

You might consider that it's an effect of the common root of both experiences.

That said, people here are not qualified to dispense medical advice. If that's what you want, see a doctor.
