We all know that oral sex is done without involving intercourse.

Virginity isn't an real thing that you can actually lose. Someone will consider you to have lost your virginity when you do something that they consider to invalidate your virginity. Different people will have different opinions of what constitutes losing your virginity, and none of them are wrong.

 

Because, again, it's not a real, physical thing.

I think it has already been said, this will depend on your definition. In western cultures you would be technically considered a virgin if you only engaged in oral sex or masturbation. But this is open to some opinion based on the definition.
