Snow Day Tomorrow!!!

Featured Replies

Woohoo!!!

i have to write this fast because the power could go out any second.

anyway we have a ton of snow and the power is out everywhere. trees are falling, its amazing. YAY MOTHER NATURE!!!!

where on earth do you live that has snow that bad this early in the year?

I doubt he's in new york right now.

The forcast for tomorrow in New york is a high of 13C with sun and 0% chance of percipitation

It was farly bad here... but it wasn't cold enough to stick to anything... it was like 34, so as soon as it hit something, it melted and created some large runnoffs. But otherwise, it was a LOT of LARGE flakes, and winds up to 30-50 mph for a couple hours...

You don't know how jelous I am. Last winter year where I live, it snowed about two times, settled then just as I was getting excited, melted.

Damn English weather, I want to move north.

It's pretty cold on long island today. Not enough for snow, and definately not enough moisture even to rain. But, yeah, the Buffalo area can get pretty bad. When it snows, it SNOWS.

Well the power just came back on. 400,000 ppl lost their power. Mine has been out since Thursday night. I also have a snow day again tomorrow because my town is like a war zone.

It got down to 55 degrees in my house but the heat is running now so im ok.

At least in Florida we'll never freeze to death. Yesterday it went down to 70 (with wind mind you) and we thought it was cold.

Oh, we know what snow is. It doesnt usually get too far below freezing where I live but we get a ton of snow.

Pfft you people don't know the true meaning of 'overcast', 'drizzly' or 'gloomy'

You Northern Hemisphere types!

You don't even know it, but your seasons are around the wrong way.

Here in the real world, we have just come out of a terribly cold winter - worst for 30 years. Today is a glorious spring day. Sunshine, and the sea is blue and calm. Looking forward to summer in just over a month!

Is that why there is more land above the equator and a hell of a lot more people living there too?
