There's lots of help available here, but it would be a good idea to tell us where you are coming from since Engineering Science is a very large subject.

The most productive way to do this is for you to do some reading on your own first, and then come here with questions on things you find hard to understand. Obviously a discussion forum is not the place to write out a whole textbook on science. But there are people here who can explain particular points or issues.

In the UK we call the combination of Chemistry and Engineering - Materials Science.

But it is up to sweepysheep to tell us more detail and us to encourage that.
