Neither does a microwave oven door, technically its a part of the oven. If you want a name for something that completely blocks electromagnetic radiation the term is FARADAY CAGE, after its inventor Michael Faraday whose surname also gave name to the unit for electrical capacitance (the Farad). ...And yes, TECHNICALLY the microwave oven door, when closed, completes a faraday cage to capture any errant microwaves (along with the rest of the chassis of course).
