Reincarnation is possible for sure.

Technically  we already could execute that I think. 

If we have infinite time to reach/solve reincarnation: 100%.

I didn't ask you for physical evidence. But philosophy doesn't give you license to make things up and claim them as fact though, for example:

In short, you said reincarnation when you meant cloning. It’s called conflation.
