  1. I’d agree with you, but then we’d both be wrong.
  2. https://newsroom.ucla.edu/releases/vaccinated-workers-shed-less-covid-virus https://www.newscientist.com/article/2294250-how-much-less-likely-are-you-to-spread-covid-19-if-youre-vaccinated/amp/ https://www.healthline.com/health-news/vaccinated-people-can-transmit-the-coronavirus-but-its-still-more-likely-if-youre-unvaccinated https://www.businessinsider.com/nba-vaccinated-people-less-likely-to-spread-covid-to-others-2021-11?amp There are others, likely better ones too, and I could go on, but at the end of the day you either accept the validity of this rather self-evident premise (that unvaccinated people are more likely to spread virus and infect others than vaccinated people) or you don’t.
  3. And here again the argument revolves around personal liberty vs public safety. It’s safe to say that far fewer millions of people would’ve died from this virus if only more of their neighbors were less selfish and ideological.
  4. Entirely valid point.
  5. You’ve just won two medals! One for being a dumbass, and a second for when you lose the first one.
  6. You keep saying this, and yet you keep failing to even try doing so. It feels like I'd have better luck picking up a turd by the clean end than engaging in an intelligible conversation with you. Please... prove me wrong.
  7. You claim evolution is wrong. I engaged you maturely and asked you to please elaborate on your reasoning. In response, you said "finches." That was all. I then recommended you elaborate further. Your response this time was "fossils." Are we to believe you're not just trolling? That's what the current evidence strongly implies... that you're a pathetic little troll. Now... We're perfectly willing to have our minds changed and to align with your conclusions. The remaining question is: Are you willing/able to join us in that type of meaningful exchange of ideas? Thus far, sadly all available evidence is that you're merely here to be a childish pest and I'd very much like to be proven otherwise.
  8. I might amend this to say it shouldn't be "trusted without question," but offering a provisional trust once questioned and surviving any criticisms seems to be a more appropriate path, IMO.
  9. I'm overwhelmed by the force of your intellect and convinced of the error of my previous conclusions. You have successfully pulled the proverbial sword from the rhetorical stone, sir. Bravo! Go get yourself a cookie! Looking for well formulated points in your posts is like searching for a tootsie roll in a septic tank, and I've had diarrheas that were better formed than your position. And people wonder why we laugh at evolution denying morons creationists. My little brother once ate all the Scrabble tiles and his poop made stronger arguments than you seem capable of making.
  10. You’ll need to try harder than that, sir… or even at all
  11. I heard you the first time, but you’ve yet to elaborate on where and how. Go ahead. I’ll wait. Cue the series of strawmen and strings of misunderstandings in Gish Gallop fashion.
  12. Reality doesn’t care about what we believe. Why would I assume a totally random stranger on the internet who shows a poor understanding of evolution has valid reasons for his doubt? Perhaps if instead of declaring your doubt you specified it’s source we could have a meaningful exchange. Sadly, you’re probably too afraid to be corrected and would rather continue existing in your ignorance because it’s easier and more comfortable.
  13. By example: Who designed the designer? It’s turtles all the way down. Also, evolution isn’t about creation. It’s about change, so here again the ID-iots misapply their assault since instead they mean to attack abiogenesis with their dull rhetorical blades. This isn’t directed at you btw… just riffing on the paucity of merit and intellect so consistently found in deniers of evolution, perhaps the single best supported scientific theory ever devised to explain and model the world we’re part of.
  14. Another example of a most stubborn, profound, and willful ignorance. http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/dinosaur/bird_and_frog_development.html And if not that above, then it’s even worse… the misguided belief that we should’ve evolved our pinky fingers away completely since we barely use them, thus leaving our hands with only 4 digits each.
  15. Evolution means change. There is no direction. Devolution is you again forcing a false label on to a natural process. With that said, it seems rather obvious to me that your mind is already made up and your mood recalcitrant and obstinate, that you’re not here to learn… and that’s a shame. Lots of intelligent, kind, high quality natural teachers here who are willing to assist in your own evolution of knowledge and understanding.
  16. I don’t have to. You’re the one trying to conflate natural mutations and resulting characteristics with “coding.”
  17. Nature and science don’t really give a shit about what’s easy or what’s hard for you personally as an individual to believe. Your incredulity doesn’t negate the facts
  18. Not precisely what you’re asking for, but maybe try this link instead as a marginal UX improvement: https://www.scienceforums.net/discover/15
  19. If you're suggesting that this is an option via forum software, then a quick description of steps to do so would be warranted. AFAIK, no such option exists. If instead you're advising that the OP should not even be asking this question bc they can choose to ignore it with their mind, then your post really isn't at all helpful, especially in context of the forum where this was posted (Suggestions, Comments, and Support for the platform).
  20. You are of course correct. I zigged when I should've zagged in my brain and accidently switched them when typing. Appreciate the correction.
  21. Cuz I’m so sweet and kind, obviously
  22. Ah. Sure. Profound, is a good description for the depth of my lack of caring. Carry on. Also, the logic here fails when one considers our bodies are made of smaller components, too Said another way, you seem to arbitrarily be choosing your scales to support a preconceived conclusion.
  23. Agreed. There is no “I” in Doubles
  24. Would you not first need to identify sizes across the total populations of other living organisms across (not just our solar system and galaxy but) the entire universe prior to making such an assertion? We’ve barely even done that here on earth alone. One can’t take a median without a dataset
