I personally like PC but that's just me. Also as said you can normally get good deals from Best Buy or Circuit City. i bought my laptop last year from circuit city it was a average HP laptop. I got it for $700 with Vista Premium, a printer, router, and basic Norton Security. It works great for school work and what ever else I want to do. If you wait three months you could get monster deals the day after Thanksgiving.

The word hoosier is thought to come from the word hoozer which means hill dweller. The word hoozer comes from the anglo saxon word hoo which meant high or hill.

Well if you give a point a dimension you are no longer working in Euclidean geometry. Or any other math I know.
-
I'm not well versed in General Relativity in any dimension but I figure hijacking this thread could only be an improvement.

Jeez we where 0 for 2. I'm not going to lie I did not think he would pick her. http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/08/29/mccain-to-name-running-mate-on-friday/

I know that I use to get headaches in the lab because the glasses blurred my vision. So I got a different pair that did not blur and my headaches stopped. But everyone is different, I wear glasses, so if it is continuing thing like you say I would go see a medical professional. Also if you are not feeling well and it is making things difficult to read I would not participate in the lab because all it takes is one slip and you could seriously hurt yourself.

For education I would say that they at least need a bachelors degree from a fairly prestigious university. The degree would preferable be in either political science, economics, or law. For previous job experience I would want someone who had been head of a large corporation (preferable a state Governor), or at least multiple terms in the US Senate. As for qualities I would want someone to be honest, strong, hard working, passionate, and patriotic. I would also administer a few tests including tests on: US history, world history, economics, and political science.

I've heard that 33 was meant to represent the number of words in the beers slogan. But then I've also heard it was a mistake. http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a2_044.html

Wow my bad. I meant to say If it is a serious threat it might boost his campaign.
-
If you would just set it there I don't think it would do anything.
-
It will be interesting to see if this turns out to be a serious threat. But none the less I would not be surprised if it is serious. If it is serious I could see this to be a bust for Obama.

Biden was the safe chose, who balances the ticket out a lot. As for this changing McCain's chose I doubt he will change his chose because of this. Normally people vote based on the top of the ticket. A VP very rarely changes the face of the election.

I am not completely sure but I know there is some calculus used in classical mechanics. Like deriving equations and realizing that velocity is the first derivative of position. But I would suggest you talk to either a professor or counselor because every course is different and they could tell you what would be best.

I quote the title of the thread you posted as proof you did ask if time had essence "time, does it have real physical essence". In my opinion I agree with Klaynos and Gilded in saying that in some way time is as real as space.

There is a basic form of LaTex that is just similar to what this site has. I will post the link latter. As for note taking I like One Note. But it is useless for typing papers. http://www.lyx.org/

You can use different metal but it will affect the capacity of the jar.

I might be wrong but I believe the atmosphere is at or very close to equilibrium between the gases floating away and the earths gravity pulling them to the ground.

I won't do it for you but I will give you the steps then you can post your answer and see if it is right. http://www.chemguide.co.uk/inorganic/redoxmenu.html#top

Here is a link with some actual data which seems to say a gas oven is cheaper in the long run but the electric oven is cheaper for baking. http://michaelbluejay.com/electricity/cooking.html

I agree with Klaynos. I doubt that the earthquake will directly affect the airplane.

That is problem 15 from 1999 version of the Michigan Mathematical Prize Competition Part One. As for the answer I feel like an idiot once you add the third leg. You use some trig to find the length of AB. Wow I spent forever not realizing that the length of AB was the radius.
-
Here is a question for everyone: Imagine a circle with line AB tangent to it and line AC being a cord of it. AC and AB form angle BAC with has a measure of 20 degrees. If arc AC is 2 units long what is the radius of the circle? This is not a homework problem simple something I came across. Sorry my diagram is not the best.

Yes it is the owners of the companies chose. If I own a store and I want x and y in my store but not z then I should have the right to do so. If you want z then sorry but you will need to go to a different store. In America we have a free market economy and in such we let the supplier choose what they supply. The government should not intervene in the economy.

Personally, I feel that if it is a private clinic and the treatment is not an emergency then the doctor should have every right to withhold treatment for whatever reason. I agree with Pangloss the court is putting the woman's feelings ahead of the doctors feelings. This in a way is also removing his freedom of religion by forcing him to practice something he does not want to. If this every goes to the Supreme Court I bet that it will be overturned in a heart beat.
