You've shown that a rotating motor is moving paper pieces faster with normal atmosphere in the jar and move slower with some of the air pumped out (with some left obviously)

I still like that you're doing the home experiments but I assure you it would be all easier and more efficient for you if you did some reading on basic physics.
 

Yea - clearly air currents then   - your vid shows it.  The tissue bits in the jar are going round and round....  like they would in a cyclone of moving air going round and round in the jar that has a spinning motor in it.  Well done for showing it.
