You are free to discuss the subject matter of your book, as long as you don't advertise it. If that's a problem for you, it indicates your motivation is only promotional, in which case I refer you to line 1 of this post.

 

I don't give a rat's ass how tired you are of following the rules. I doubt any of the other staff do, either.
