why explosive nitroglycerin is the safe treatment for heart attack ?

under what condition, we can make this medicine explosive ?(i have no intention to make explosive, i am just very curious about it.)

 

Do you want the specifics of the chemistry involved, or are you simply incredulous that something used in manufacturing explosives can be used in tiny doses as medicine? It's only unstable in liquid form, iirc, and the pills are solid, so no problems with jostling them. Also, there's only like .3-.5 mg of nitrogylcerin in a nitro pill, just enough to dilate blood vessels quickly, so even if it were unstable it's not enough to explode.

There is also a spray but it is diluted with inert substances are added to make it more stable. It is recommended not to shake it but but it is not because it may explode. Rather, air bubbles can form that mess up the dosing. In short, it is provided in low concentrations, and stabilized with other substances to render it completely non-explosive.
