I have one doubt in this boolean expression. That line is

 

A' (C'+b) (C'+C) + AB'C'

What specific doubt would that be?

C'+C=On with an and gate means it makes no difference in the circuit

A' (C'+b) (C'+C) + AB'C'

From the boolean identity laws 1A=A

A' (C'+b) (C'+C)=A' (C'+b) 1=1A' (C'+b) =A' (C'+b)
